Abstract
A moldable game token device includes a game token. The game token is formed of a malleable material. The malleable material forms a void extending into the game token when the game token is pierced by an implement. The void is retained in the game token when the implement is removed from the game token.
Claims
1. A moldable game token device comprising a game token, said game token being formed of a malleable material, said malleable material forming a void extending into said game token when said game token is pierced by an implement, said void being retained in said game token when said implement is removed from said game token.
2. The moldable game token device of claim 1 wherein said malleable material is clay.
3. The moldable game token device of claim 1 wherein said malleable material is dough.
4. The moldable game token device of claim 1 wherein said malleable material is putty.
5. The moldable game token device of claim 1, further comprising: a pair of panels being hingedly coupled together; and a mold insert having a front section and a back section each removably coupled to the pair of panels such that pivoting of the pair of panels into a closed position forms said game token out of said malleable material such that said game token is without an implement formed void on an outer surface of said game token upon removal of the game token from said mold insert.
6. The moldable game token device of claim 1, wherein said game token as formed at the beginning of game play has a continuous outer surface without a void.
7. The moldable game token device of claim 1, further comprising said implement being structured to resemble a piercing weapon.
8. The moldable game token device of claim 1, further comprising said implement being structured to resemble a branding iron.
9. The moldable game token device of claim A moldable game token device comprising: a game token, said game token being formed of a malleable material, said malleable material forming a void extending into said game token when said game token is pierced by an implement, said void being retained in said game token when said implement is removed from said game token; wherein said malleable material is a material selected from a group of materials consisting of clay, dough, and putty; a pair of panels being hingedly coupled together; and a mold insert having a front section and a back section each removably coupled to the pair of panels such that pivoting of the pair of panels into a closed position forms said game token out of said malleable material such that said game token is without an implement formed void on an outer surface of said game token upon removal of the game token from said mold insert.
10. The moldable game token device of claim 9, further comprising said implement being structured to resemble a piercing weapon.
11. The moldable game token device of claim 9, further comprising said implement being structured to resemble a branding iron.
Description
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF SEVERAL VIEWS OF THE DRAWING(S)
[0011] The disclosure will be better understood and objects other than those set forth above will become apparent when consideration is given to the following detailed description thereof. Such description makes reference to the annexed drawings wherein:

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0019] With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to
[0020] As best illustrated in
[0021] In use, this allows for a game token to be unscarred and whole at the beginning of a game. During a battle or fight simulation within the context of the game, a player's game token may sustain damage represented by the formation of the void which remains in the game token. This allows for tracking of cumulative damage during the game which may have consequences throughout game play such as influencing potential battle damage which may be inflicted or potential defense during subsequent fights or battles during game play.
[0022] As best illustrated in
[0023] In use, the front section 18 and back section 20 are engaged to the pair of panels 12, 14 and clay is placed between the front section 18 and back section 20. Closing of the panels 12, 14 compresses the clay within the molding space 16 between the front section 18 and back section 20 to form the clay into a game piece.
[0024] With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.
[0025] Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word comprising is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded. A reference to an element by the indefinite article a does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the element is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the elements.
