Abstract
A method of tobacco entering a narrow hollow elongated circular open ended device entering into the encircled cigar paper which is compressed at the opposite end; while both the device and the opposite compressed end of cigar paper intertwine with each other in the connected circular basin of the bottom end cap with two attached adjustable clamps on each side to maintain structural stability for the cigar paper and device to stand upright for tobacco entry.
Claims
1. A narrow circular hollow elongated open ended device as shown and describe herein.
2. A bottom end cap with a connected circular basin with two attached adjustable clamps coupled with a flat foundation as shown and describe herein.
Description
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0009] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the narrow hollow circular extended open ended device with the bottom end cap with two connected flexible clamps. As well, a top peripheral view looking inside the rounded circular basin of the bottom end cap with two adjustable clamps.
[0010] FIG. 2 is the empty filled narrow circular elongated open ended device inserted inside the surrounded cigar paper that is compressed at opposite end to prevent tobacco from exiting out; while both items intertwine in the round circular open ended basin of the bottom end cap with two connected adjustable clamps which helps maintain structural stability to stand upright for entry of tobacco.
[0011] FIG. 3 illustrates a method of flow of tobacco entering inside the narrow circular elongated open ended device releasing into the encompassed cigar paper which is pinched on opposite end to prevent tobacco from exiting; while both device and cigar paper jointly fit in the round circular open ended basin while maintaining structural stability with help from the two attached adjustable clamps from the bottom end cap.
[0012] FIG. 4 illustrates a method of flow where the hand is pulling up the narrow vacant circular elongated open ended device out of the surrounded cigar paper that is compressed at opposite end to prevent tobacco from releasing out; while standing vertically by maintaining structural stability from the two connected adjustable clamps and open ended round circular basin of the bottom end cap.
[0013] FIG. 5A show the two hands rolling the tobacco filled cigar paper after the cigar is removed from the round circular open ended basin with two adjustable clamps that are connected to the bottom end cap. The two adjustable clamps that are coupled to the bottom end cap may or may not be pressed one by one or simultaneously to administer space for the removal of tobacco filled cigar paper that is pinched at one end to prevent tobacco from exiting out by a upward lifting motion from the consumer.
[0014] FIG. 5B shows the interior of tobacco placed evenly with in the cigar paper which is ready for use.
[0015] FIG. 5C shows the outer layer of the rolled up tobacco filled cigar paper thats ready for use where both ends of cigar can be used for smoke inhalation purposes depending on consumer preference.
[0016] FIG. 5D shows the outer layer of the cigar paper that has tobacco evenly dispersed within and either end of cigar paper can be pinched to prevent tobacco from dispersing out and for smoke inhalation.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0017] Referring now to the invention in more detail, shown in FIG. 1 is narrow circular hollow filled elongated open ended device 10 with bottom end cap sitting on a connected flat foundation 18 with a round circular open ended basin 16 coupled with two adjustable clamps 12 and 14. FIG. 1 also shows the top peripheral view looking inside the bottom end cap combined together of a flat foundation 18, round circular basin 16 and two attached adjustable clamps 12,14.
[0018] In FIG. 2, shows the empty narrow circular elongated open ended device 10 inserted in the surrounded cigar paper 20 that is compressed opposite end to prevent tobacco from exiting; where both device 10 and encircled cigar paper 20 intertwine with each other inside the round circular open ended basin 16 of the bottom end cap. The connected flat foundation 18 of the bottom end cap with two coupled adjustable clamps 12,14 help maintain structural stability for the cigar paper 20 and narrow circular elongated open ended device 10 to vertically stand upright for tobacco entry.
[0019] In the step for a method of use in FIG. 3, shows tobacco entering into the narrow circular hollow filled elongated open ended device 10 releasing into the enclosed cigar paper 20 that is pinched at opposite end to prevent tobacco from exiting; while the narrow circular hollow extended open ended device 10 and now tobacco filled surrounded cigar paper 20 intertwine with each other in the round circular basin 16 of the bottom end cap. The bottom end cap coupled with the flat foundation 18 with help from the connected two flexible clamps 12,14 maintain overall structural stability; for cigar paper 20 to stand straight up for tobacco entry.
[0020] Referring now to FIG. 4, shows method of use of a hand pulling out the narrow circular hollow filled elongated open ended device 10 out of the tobacco filled cigar paper 20 that is compressed at opposite end to prevent tobacco from releasing. The now tobacco filled encircled compressed at opposite end cigar paper 20 is now grooved inside round circular basin 16 of the bottom end cap. The flat foundation 18 and connected two adjustable clamps 12,14 help maintain structural stability for tobacco filled cigar paper 20 to stand upright and which is now ready for removal.
[0021] The final result of the invention in FIG. 5A, shows a hand rolling up the tobacco filled cigar paper 20. The tobacco filled cigar paper 20 was removed with help of the upright structural stability adapted from the bottom end cap's connected circular basin 16, flat foundation 18 and two adjustable clamps 12,14; thats makes the tobacco filled cigar paper 20 that is compressed at opposite end to prevent tobacco from exiting easily removable out of the connected round basin 16 of the bottom end cap for consumer by a upward lifting motion. The attached two adjustable clamps 12 and 14 of the bottom end cap may or may not be pressed inward one by one or simultaneously to help administer space for the removal of the compressed one ended tobacco filled cigar paper 20 by a upward lifting motion.
[0022] The illustration for FIG. 5B, displays the tobacco evenly placed in rolled up cigar paper 20.
[0023] As well for FIG. 5C, illustrates the interior of the tobacco filled rolled up cigar paper 20 where both ends can be used for smoke inhalation depending on consumer preference. Although cigar paper 20 can be pinched enough on one end to prevent tobacco from releasing out of cigar paper 20; it still can be used for smoke inhalation relying on consumer preferment.
[0024] As shown in FIG. 5D displays the outer layer of the tobacco filled rolled up cigar paper 20 with tobacco evenly placed inside which has either opposite end that can be pinched together to prevent tobacco from exiting and one for smoke inhalation.
