    DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0026] The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and fully described below in combination with the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Apparently, the described embodiments are merely part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present invention, any modification, equivalent replacement and improvement made to all other embodiments obtained by those ordinary skilled in the art without contributing creative labor will be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

[0027] As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, a telescopic window curtain rod with a self-locking function of the present invention comprises an outer tube 1 having a hollow inner cavity and an opening on one side, and an inner tube 2, wherein the inner tube 2 may be sleeved in the inner cavity of the outer tube 1 and may slide in the length direction of the outer tube 1; springs 3 are clamped between two sides of one end of the inner tube 2 and a part of the springs extends out the end surface of the inner tube 2, an elastic sheet 4 is tilted between the two springs 3, one end of the elastic sheet 4 is fixed on the inner side surface of the inner tube 2 relative to the opening, and the other end thereof is slanted to the direction of the opening; the elastic sheet 4 is provided with a shielding sheet 5 at the distal end away from the end surface of the inner tube, and the shielding sheet 5 is fixedly connected with the end surfaces of the springs 4 on both sides.

[0028] The present invention has the principle that the inner tube 2 may be sleeved in the inner cavity of the outer tube 1 and may slide leftwards and rightwards in the length direction of the outer tube 1, thus achieving telescopic adjustment of the window curtain rod; unidirectional self-locking between the inner tube 3 and the outer tube 1 is achieved by the combination between the springs 3 of the end surface of the inner tube 2 and the elastic sheet 4, the elastic sheet 5 is tilted so that the shielding sheet 5 is closely attached to the inner side surface of the opening of the outer tube 1, when the springs 3 are compressed, the elastic sheet 4 and the shielding sheet 5 are deformed and are closely attached to the inner side surface of the opening of the outer tube 1, so that the shielding sheet 5 has a component of force that is pressed against the inner side surface of the opening, thereby achieving self-locking; and when the springs 3 are elongated or are not deformed, each of the elastic sheet 4 and the shielding sheet 5 has no component of force that is pressed against the inner side surface of the opening of the outer tube, thus having no influence on the relative sliding between the inner tube 3 and the outer tube 1; and when the inner tube 3 is pushed into the outer tube 1, the springs 3 are slightly compressed and deformed, the elastic sheet 4 and the shielding sheet 5 are deformed and are closely attached to the inner side surface of the opening of the outer tube 1, so that the shielding sheet 5 has a component of force that is pressed against the inner side surface of the opening, thereby achieving self-locking.

[0029] The shielding sheet 5 is fixedly connected or welded with the elastic sheet 4 together, spring guide posts 6 are arranged on both sides of the shielding sheet 4, and the springs 3 are sleeved on the spring guide posts 6.

[0030] The cross section of each of the inner tube 2 and the outer tube 1 is oval, the opening is provided at the straight edge of the outer tube 1 and the inner tube 2, and the outer tube 1 and the inner tube 2 are provided with guide ribs 7 outwards protruding in the lengthwise direction on both sides of the opening. Thus, when the inner tube 2 is sleeved in the inner cavity of the outer tube 1, the sliding fit between the inner tube 2 and the outer tube 1 may be guaranteed, and swing may not be caused while guaranteeing sliding.

[0031] The telescopic window curtain rod also comprises a hanging pendant 8 arranged at the opening of the outer tube 1 or the inner tube 2 and sliding in the length direction of the outer tube or the inner tube, the hanging pendant 8 comprising a lower ear accessory 801 having a through hole and an upper eardrop 802 having an upper tower, wherein the upper eardrop 802 is provided with two annular grooves 803, and the annular grooves 803 are adapted to the width of the opening of the outer tube 1 or the inner tube 2. The lower ear accessory 801 is integrated with the upper eardrop 802.

[0032] The telescopic window curtain rod also comprises a horizontal support 9, the horizontal support 9 including a horizontal fixed plate 901, a horizontal rod 902 connected below the horizontal fixed plate 901 and a ring support 903 connected below the horizontal rod 902 and provided with an opening, wherein the cross-sectional shape of the ring support 903 is adapted to the outer tube 1 or the cross-sectional shape of the outer tube 2.

[0033] The telescopic window curtain rod also comprises a vertical support 10, the vertical support 10 including a vertical fixed plate 101, wherein with a ring support 102 is fixedly arranged the front end of the vertical fixed plate 101, and the cross-sectional shape of the ring support 102 is adapted to the outer tube or the cross-sectional shape of the outer tube.

[0034] The telescopic window curtain rod also comprises decorative rod heads 11 arranged at both ends, the decorative rod heads 11 including a decorative ball 111 and a decorative ring 112 connected with the decorative ball 111, wherein the decorative ring 112 is annular and is adapted to the cross-sectional shape of the outer tube 1 or the inner tube 2.

[0035] The telescopic window curtain rod with the self-locking function of the present invention has a unidirectional self-locking function while telescopic adjustment is realized. When the telescopic window curtain rod is installed in various occasions, such as different rooms, according to the sizes of the rooms, the inner tube located in the outer tube is pulled for adjustment. The length of the whole window curtain rod is adapted to the sizes of the rooms. After adjustment is completed, because the telescopic window curtain rod has the unidirectional self-locking function, the inner tube may not draw back and cause length change of the window curtain rod. The horizontal support and the vertical support can realize horizontal connection and fixed connection of the window curtain rod and the wall, and can guarantee safety and stability of the window curtain rod. The decorative rod heads are located at two ends of the window curtain rod and can be butted against two side surfaces of the room to avoid that the outer tube or the inner tube is butted against the wall surface.

[0036] Another important function is that, if the product is used between two planes (such as two walls), tool-free installation may be realized, and the product is pressed backwards directly through the unidirectional slide function of the springs to fix the product between the two walls through the elasticity of the springs. The function is mainly used for a shower curtain rod. Therefore, both ends of the shower curtain rod come into contact with the walls, and are flat tube caps.

[0037] If the product is used as the window curtain rod, decorative rod heads are arranged at both ends, while the supports are used as a fixation mode. There are two kinds of supports. The support with a post is used for the vertical wall, and needs screws for drilling and installation. The support with an iron sheet is used for ceiling installation. Different installation modes are used according to different needs of customers.
