COSMETIC APPARATUS

Abstract

A cosmetic apparatus has an operating piece, a recess, and a holder. The operating piece has a seat and a cosmetic head. The cosmetic head is mounted on the seat. The recess is formed around an outer surface of the seat, and is adjacent to a junction of the seat and the cosmetic head. The holder is made of silicon, is detachably mounted around the operating piece, and is inserted into the recess. The holder has a loop and a tab. The loop is mounted around the operating piece, and is inserted into the recess. The tab is formed at the loop and protrudes from a bottom surface of the seat.

Claims

1. A cosmetic apparatus comprising: an operating piece having a seat; a cosmetic head mounted on the seat; a recess formed around an outer surface of the seat, and being adjacent to a junction of the seat and the cosmetic head; and a holder made of silicon, detachably mounted around the operating piece, inserted into the recess, and having a loop mounted around the operating piece and inserted into the recess; and a tab formed on the loop and protruding from a bottom surface of the seat.

2. The cosmetic apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the seat has a mounting hole formed in the bottom surface of the seat; the holder has a connecting slice formed on the loop; and a buckling block formed on a distal end of the connecting slice, inserted into the mounting hole, and buckled with the seat.

3. The cosmetic apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the holder has a covering layer mounted around the seat of the operating piece and extending into the recess; and the loop is formed on an end of the covering layer.

4. The cosmetic apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cosmetic head is detachably mounted on the seat.

The cosmetic apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the seat has a connecting recess formed in a top surface of the seat; and two sliding recesses formed in the top surface of the seat, arranged at a spaced interval, and communicating with the connecting recess, and each sliding recess having a first section formed in the top surface of the seat in a vertical direction; and a second section formed in a bottom end of the first section in a horizontal direction; and the cosmetic head has a connecting portion formed on a bottom surface of the cosmetic head and inserted into the connecting recess; two mounting blocks formed on an outer surface of the connecting portion, and inserted into the second sections of the two sliding recesses via the first sections.

6. The cosmetic apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the operating piece has a holding portion formed on and protruding from the bottom surface of the seat.

7. The cosmetic apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the operating piece has a holding portion formed on and protruding from the bottom surface of the seat.

8. The cosmetic apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein the operating piece has a holding portion formed on and protruding from the bottom surface of the seat.

9. The cosmetic apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the operating piece has a holding portion formed on and protruding from the bottom surface of the seat.

10. The cosmetic apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein the operating piece has a holding portion formed on and protruding from the bottom surface of the seat.

11. The cosmetic apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cosmetic head is a makeup remover sponge, a powder puff, a cleansing brush, or an infusion head.

12. The cosmetic apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cosmetic head is a makeup remover sponge, a powder puff, a cleansing brush, or an infusion head.

13. The cosmetic apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein the cosmetic head is a makeup remover sponge, a powder puff, a cleansing brush, or an infusion head.

14. The cosmetic apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the cosmetic head is a makeup remover sponge, a powder puff, a cleansing brush, or an infusion head.

15. The cosmetic apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein the cosmetic head is a makeup remover sponge, a powder puff, a cleansing brush, or an infusion head.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0024] With reference to FIGS. 1 to 4, a first embodiment of a cosmetic apparatus in accordance with the present invention comprises an operating piece 10A, a recess 20, and a holder 30A.

[0025] The operating piece 10A has a seat 11 and a cosmetic head 12. The cosmetic head 12 is mounted on a top surface of the seat 11. With reference to FIG. 4, the cosmetic head 12 is a powder puff head. The seat 11 has a bottom board 13, a surrounding wall 14, and a positioning ring 15. The surrounding wall 14 is formed at a top surface of the bottom board 13, and the cosmetic head 12 is enclosed by the surrounding wall 14. The positioning ring 15 is buckled with the surrounding wall 14 and holds the cosmetic head 12 in position. The positioning ring 15 extends out of an outer surface of the surrounding wall 14 and faces the bottom board 13.

[0026] The recess 20 is formed around an outer surface of the seat 11, and is adjacent to a junction of the seat 11 and the cosmetic head 12. With reference to FIG. 4, the recess 20 is formed around the surrounding wall 14. Furthermore, the recess 20 is located between the bottom board 13 and the positioning ring 15. The holder 30A is made of silicone, and is detachably mounted around the operating piece 10A, and is inserted into the recess 20. The holder 30A has a loop 31 and a tab 32. The loop 31 is mounted around the operating piece 10A and is inserted into the recess 20. The tab 32 is formed on the loop 31 and protrudes from a bottom surface of the seat 11.

[0027] With reference to FIGS. 2 and 4, the seat 11 has a mounting hole 111. The mounting hole 111 is formed in the bottom surface of the seat 11. The holder 30A has a connecting slice 33 and a buckling block 34. The connecting slice 33 is formed on the loop 31. The buckling block 34 is formed at a distal end of the connecting slice 33, is inserted into the mounting hole 111, and is buckled with the bottom board 13 of the seat 11. [0028] With reference to FIGS. 5 to 7, a beauty accessory 40 can be put on the cosmetic head 12, and the holder 30A is mounted around the operating piece 10A. The holder 30A is inserted into the recess 20, thereby pressing and fixing the beauty accessory 40 between the holder 30A and the operating piece 10A. The beauty accessory 40 may be a cotton pad. After the cotton pad is mounted on the cosmetic head 12, a skincare lotion or make-up remover is poured onto the cotton pad for skin care or makeup removal.

[0029] With reference to FIGS. 8 to 11, a second embodiment of a cosmetic apparatus in accordance with the present invention comprises an operating piece 10D, a recess 20, and a holder 30D.

[0030] The operating piece 10D has a seat 11 and a cosmetic head 12. The cosmetic head 12 is detachably mounted on the seat 11. With reference to FIG. 8, the cosmetic head 12 is replaceable. The cosmetic head 12 can be a make-up remover sponge, a powder puff, a cleansing brush, or an infusion head. With reference to FIGS. 9 and 14, the seat 11 has a connecting recess 113 and two sliding recesses 114. The connecting recess 113 is formed in a top surface of the seat 11. The two sliding recesses 114 are formed in the top surface of the seat 11 and are arranged at a spaced interval. The two sliding recesses 114 communicate with the connecting recess 113. Each sliding recess 114 has a first section 115 and a second section 116. The first section 115 is formed in the top surface of the seat 11 in a vertical direction. The second section 116 is formed in a bottom end of the first section 115 in a horizontal direction. The seat 11 further has two stoppers 117. The two stoppers 117 are respectively formed on and extend into the two second sections 116. The cosmetic head 12 has a connecting portion 122 and two mounting blocks 123. The connecting portion 122 is formed on a bottom surface of the cosmetic head 12, and is inserted into the connecting recess 113. The two mounting blocks 123 are formed at an outer surface of the connecting portion 122. The two mounting blocks 123 are inserted into the second sections 116 of the two sliding recesses114 via the first sections 115. Each mounting block 123 has an abutting surface 124, and each abutting surface 124 abuts the corresponding stopper 117 to position the cosmetic head 12.

[0032] The holder 30D is made of silicone, is detachably mounted around the operating piece 10D, and is inserted into the recess 20. The holder 30D has a loop 31 and a tab 32. The loop 31 is mounted around the operating piece 10D, and is inserted into the recess 20. The tab 32 is formed on the loop 31 and protrudes from a bottom surface of the seat 11. Furthermore, the holder 30D has a covering layer 35. The covering layer 35 is mounted around the seat 11 of the operating piece 10D and extends into the recess 20. [0033] With reference to FIGS. 9, 12, and 13, when the cosmetic apparatus is assembled, the two mounting blocks 123 are inserted into the first sections 115 of the two sliding recesses 114. Then, the cosmetic head 12 is rotated, which allows the two mounting blocks 123 to slide into the two second sections 116. The cosmetic head 12 can be assembled and fixed with the seat 11.

[0034] Since the recess 20 is formed around an outer surface of the seat 11 and the holder 30A, 30D is elastic, the holder 30A, 30D can fix beauty accessories 40 of different thicknesses. The beauty accessory 40 may be a makeup removal cotton, a fiber cloth, a coarse fiber cloth, a melon cloth, a face scrub cloth, or a wet tissue.

With reference to FIG. 8, the loop 31 can still work when the junction of the loop 31 and the covering layer 35 is broken.

[0037] To sum up, the recess 20 is formed around an outer surface of the seat 11 and is adjacent to a junction of the seat 11 and the cosmetic head 12. Therefore, the utilized area of the operating piece 10A, 10D is not narrow. The loop 31 of the holder 30A, 30D is inserted into the recess 20 to fix the beauty accessories 40. Therefore, the loop 31 will not extend out of the top surface of the operating piece 10A, 10D and this avoids friction between the loop 31 and the skin of the user. Besides, the loop 31 of the holder 30A, 30D is made of silicon and is elastic, thereby fixing and positioning the beauty accessories 40 on the operating piece 10A, 10D. Therefore, the holder 30A, 30D is adaptable to beauty accessories 40 of different thicknesses. The positioning effect and the applicability of the holder 30A, 30D are both improved.

[0038] Besides, the user may hold the tab 32 to apply force on the loop 31 to make the loop 31 extend into or off the recess 20. Furthermore, the cosmetic head 12 can be detachably mounted on the seat 11, and the cosmetic head 12 is replaceable.
