Abstract
The present disclosure provides a rod-type cleaning component and a dust collector with the same. The rod-type cleaning component includes a rod body, the rod body includes a suction pipe connected with a suction inlet of a floor brush, a recycling tank for recycling sewage and a solution tank for providing clean liquid, a main unit joint is arranged at an upper end of the rod body, a floor brush joint is arranged at a lower end, and more than one separation ribs are arranged in an inner cavity of the suction pipe to divide the inner cavity into more than two chamber air ducts.
Claims
1. A rod-type cleaning component, comprising: a rod body, wherein the rod body comprises: a suction pipe connected with a suction inlet of a floor brush, a recycling tank for recycling sewage, and a solution tank for providing clean liquid, wherein: a main unit joint is arranged at an upper end of the rod body, a floor brush joint is arranged at a lower end, and more than one separation ribs are arranged in an inner cavity of the suction pipe to divide the inner cavity into more than two chamber air ducts.
2. The rod-type cleaning component according to claim 1, wherein cross-sectional areas of the chamber air ducts are substantially the same.
3. The rod-type cleaning component according to claim 2, wherein the separation ribs are formed from a rigid material.

The rod-type cleaning component according to claim 1, wherein the rod body further comprises: a separation chamber above and communicated with the recycling tank, wherein: an air-water separation device is arranged in the separation chamber; and according to a flowing direction of an air-solid-liquid mixture, an upstream of the separation chamber is connected with a water outlet of the suction pipe, and a downstream is connected with the main unit joint.

A dust collector, comprising: a main body; and a floor brush connected therewith, wherein: the main body comprises a body and a dust cup connected with the body, a dust collection pipe is arranged on the dust cup, a vacuum source for generating a suction force and a battery supplying power to the vacuum source are arranged in the body, a handle is arranged on one side of the body, the dust collector further comprises the rod-type cleaning component according to claim 1, the main unit joint is connected with the dust collection pipe, and the floor brush joint connected with the floor brush.
6. The dust collector according to claim 5, wherein an axis of the battery is parallel to an axis of the handle.
7. A dust collector, comprising: a main body; and a floor brush connected therewith, wherein: the main body comprises a body and a dust cup connected with the body, a dust collection pipe is arranged on the dust cup, a vacuum source for generating a suction force and a battery supplying power to the vacuum source are arranged in the body, a handle is arranged on one side of the body, the dust collector further comprises the rod-type cleaning component according to claim 2, the main unit joint is connected with the dust collection pipe, and the floor brush joint is connected with the floor brush.
8. The dust collector according to claim 7, wherein an axis of the battery is parallel to an axis of the handle.
9. A dust collector, comprising: a main body; and a floor brush connected therewith, wherein: the main body comprises a body and a dust cup connected with the body, a dust collection pipe is arranged on the dust cup, a vacuum source for generating a suction force and a battery supplying power to the vacuum source are arranged in the body, a handle is arranged on one side of the body, the dust collector further comprises the rod-type cleaning component according to claim 3, the main unit joint is connected with the dust collection pipe, and the floor brush joint is connected with the floor brush.
10. The dust collector according to claim 9, wherein an axis of the battery is parallel to an axis of the handle.
11. A dust collector, comprising: a main body; and a floor brush connected therewith, wherein: the main body comprises a body and a dust cup connected with the body, a dust collection pipe is arranged on the dust cup, a vacuum source for generating a suction force and a battery supplying power to the vacuum source are arranged in the body, a handle is arranged on one side of the body, the dust collector further comprises the rod-type cleaning component according to claim 4, the main unit joint is connected with the dust collection pipe, and the floor brush joint is connected with the floor brush.
12. The dust collector according to claim 11, wherein an axis of the battery is parallel to an axis of the handle.

[0020] When the rod-type cleaning component and the dust collector works, clean water or cleaning solution in the solution tank 130 enters the floor brush 2000 from a water outlet valve 131 through a water outlet pipe 132, and a floor is cleaned through the floor brush. Meanwhile, sewage enters the suction pipe 110 with multiple air ducts from the floor brush through the floor brush joint 300. With formation of multiple air duct chambers in the suction pipe 110, air in each air duct flows at a uniform high velocity. The sewage is driven by the air flowing at the high velocity to climb up rapidly through a sidewall of the suction pipe 110 and a sidewall of the separation rib 1101. In such case, with formation of the multiple air ducts, a chamber with sewage and a chamber without sewage may not be affected by each other due to different flow velocities of the air. Then, the sewage and the air enter the air-water separation device 400 from the water outlet through the suction pipe with the multiple air ducts, and after passing through the air-water separation device 400, clean air enters a main unit of the dust collector through the main unit joint 200, and the sewage enters the recycling tank 120 from the inlet under the influence of centrifugation and the gravity. In such a manner, a cleaning operating process of the rod-type cleaning component and the dust collector is completed.
[0021] Based on the above, the present disclosure provides the rod-type cleaning component and the dust collector with the same. The basic principle that water flows along a wall is fully utilized, and the suction pipe is divided into multiple air ducts by the separation ribs to not only enlarge a climbing area of water along a wall but also ensure that a flow velocity of the air in each chamber in multiple separated chambers in the air ducts is uniform and avoid interference between the chambers, so that the water suction efficiency of the cleaning component and the dust collector is greatly improved, and the efficiency of the products is fully utilized. In addition, since a climbing height of the sewage is effectively improved, the influence thereof on the planning and layout of the products is avoided, and provision of more attractive, simple and high-performance cleaning products for consumers is facilitated.
