DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0013] In this detailed description, the subject matter is explained with references to examples without forming any restrictive effect only in order to make the subject more understandable.
[0014] The present invention relates to a paper production machine (10) designed with an innovative structure in a manner providing paper production.
[0015] With reference to
[0016] Said sheet formation mechanism (100) comprises a liquid discharge line (160) for discharging of water which is at a predetermined first reference value measured by said pressure sensor (111) provided in the mixture chamber (110). There is a three-way valve (150) provided in a manner controlling water discharge to said liquid discharge line (160). Said three-way valve (150) comprises a first end (151) connected to said liquid discharge line (160), a second end (152) connected to a vacuum line (170) and a third end (153) connected to a free discharge line (180). Said three-way valve (150) is configured to operate at a first position where water passage between the liquid ends is prevented optionally, at a second position where water passage between the first end (151) and the second end (152) is permitted and at a third position where water passage between the first end (151) and the third end (153) is permitted.
[0017] The sheet formation mechanism (100) moreover comprises a control unit (200) embodied to control the pressure value of water. Said control unit (200) is moreover embodied to control operation of the valve (120) which provides water input to the mixture chamber (110) and the operation of the three-way valve (150) which provides water discharge from the mixture chamber (110).
[0018] There is a memory unit (300) associated with the control unit (200) in a manner permitting data reading and data writing. The subject matter paper production machine (10) is configured to include a user interface (400) embodied to provide command input to the control unit (200).
[0019] An exemplary operation scenario of the present invention is described below;
[0020] The cellulose mixture is placed onto a body (not illustrated in the figures) in the sheet formation mechanism (100) by means of a user. After the placement process, first of all, the predetermined first reference water pressure value is transferred to the control unit (200) by means of the user interface (400) by said user. Afterwards, the discharge pipe, which is to be used for discharge of the predetermined first reference value of water which will be accumulated in the mixture chamber (110), is selected by the user. For the selection of the discharge pipe, one of the discharge commands is selected by means of free discharge method or by means of vacuuming method provided on the user interface (400) screen. Finally, the user provides determination of the second reference liquid pressure value, at which water should be discharged from the mixture chamber (110), on the user interface (400) screen. The control unit (200) provides keeping in the memory unit (300) the first reference pressure value received from the user interface (400), the liquid discharge method information which is to be used for discharge of water, and the predetermined second reference pressure value which is required for discharging of the water which exists in the mixture chamber (110).
[0021] After completion of recording of the first reference pressure value and the second reference pressure value to the memory unit (300), the mixture chamber (110) is waited to be closed. Depending on the closing of the mixture chamber (110), a signal is produced by means of the control unit (200) for turning on the valve (120). In case the valve (120) is turned on, water flow is provided to the mixture chamber (110) through the opening (140) provided on the liquid flow line (130). By means of the pressure sensor (111) provided in the mixture chamber (110), the water pressure in the mixture chamber (110) is measured. The measured values are instantaneously sent to the control unit (200). The control unit (200) compares the water pressure values, coming from the pressure sensor (111), with the predetermined first reference pressure value kept in the memory unit (300). In case the water value, coming from the pressure sensor, is the same as the first reference pressure value kept in the memory unit (300), a signal, which provides turning off the valve (120), is generated by means of the control unit (200). Depending on the produced signal, the valve (120) is turned off. Thus, the predetermined amount of water, which is needed for transforming the cellulose mixture into wet paper sheet, is provided in the mixture chamber (110).
[0022] During the duration until transfer of the first reference valued water to the mixture chamber (110), the three-way valve (150) is kept at said first position. Upon reaching of the water, which exists in the mixture chamber (110), to the water level at the first reference value by means of the control unit (200), a signal is generated which will provide opening of the first end (151) for providing water discharge to the liquid discharge line (160). Upon selection of the discharge command with vacuum method before process is started by the user by means of the user interface (400), the three-way valve (150) is permitted to operate at the second position. Thus, the water, which exists in the mixture chamber (110), is removed through the vacuum line (170) by means of vacuuming method. Upon selection of the discharge command with the free discharge method by means of the user on the user interface (400), the three-way valve (150) is permitted to operate at the third position. Thus, the water, which exists in the mixture chamber (110), is removed through the free discharge line (180) in a manner dependent on gravity without needing any additional process in a free manner.
[0023] Depending on the discharge of water which exists in the mixture chamber (110), the pressure measurement values of the water, which exists in the mixture chamber (110), are taken from the pressure sensor (111) by means of the control unit (200). The received measurement values are compared with the predetermined second reference pressure value provided in the memory unit (300). The control unit (200) provides automatic opening of the cover provided to the sheet formation mechanism (100) when it is detected that the pressure value of the water, which exists in the mixture chamber (110), is equal to the second reference pressure value.
[0024] In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, for instance, it is determined that the cellulose mixture provided in a first volume and the water provided in a second volume should be mixed. The operator places the cellulose mixture, provided in the predetermined first volume, to the body (not illustrated in the figures) provided on the sheet formation mechanism (100). After the cellulose mixture is placed, the third volume information which is needed for discharging the water which exists in the mixture chamber (110), and the second volume information are entered to the commands defined on said digital screen. The control unit (200) provides keeping of the second volume information and the third volume information, entered to the digital screen, in the memory unit (300).
[0025] In case it is detected that the second volume information and the third volume information are kept in the memory unit (300), the valve (120) is turned on by means of the control unit (200). Depending on turning on the valve (120), water input to the mixture chamber (110) through the water pipe is provided. The volume of the water which exists in the mixture chamber (110) is instantaneously measured by means of the pressure sensor. The volume values measured by the pressure sensor are transferred to the control unit (200). The control unit (200) compares the volume values, taken from the pressure sensor, and the second volume value kept in the memory unit (300). In case the water volume, which exists in the mixture chamber (110), reaches the predetermined second volume value, the control unit (200) provides turning off the valve (120). Thus, water input, having the second volume needed for the cellulose mixture at the predetermined first volume, is provided into the mixture chamber (110). Thanks to this, suitable amount of water and cellulose mixture is mixed for the wet paper page.
[0026] When the water, which exists in the mixture chamber (110), is equal to the second volume amount, the first end of the three-way valve (150) is opened and the second end (152) associated with the first end (151) is opened by means of the control unit (200). During discharging of the water, the pressure sensor instantaneously measures the pressure value of water which exists in the mixture chamber (110). The measured values are transferred to the control unit (200). The control unit (200) compares the pressure values received from the pressure sensor and the third volume value which is zero and which is kept in the memory unit (300). In case the water pressure in the mixture chamber (110) is zero, the cover provided to the mixture chamber (110) is automatically opened. Thus, the amount of water in the mixture chamber (110) is discharged with the desired proportion, and a wet paper page with desired consistence is formed.
[0027] The protection scope of the present invention is set forth in the annexed claims and cannot be restricted to the illustrative disclosures given above, under the detailed description. It is because a person skilled in the relevant art can obviously produce similar embodiments under the light of the foregoing disclosures, without departing from the main principles of the present invention.
