Abstract
A male undergarment including a combination of double-lined interior and exterior pockets is provided. The device includes a fabric base including an upper waist opening and pair of leg sleeves including lower openings. The upper waist openings include an elastic waistband disposed about an interior perimeter thereof. The fabric base includes a first pocket on an interior side thereof and a second pocket on an exterior side thereof. The first and second pockets include multiple fabric layers in order to increase the absorptive properties of the undergarment. A shroud extends downwardly from a front portion of the upper waist opening and is adapted to cover the wearer's genitals. The shroud and second pocket define a fly access opening therebetween. Further, the first pocket can be utilized to support the wearer's genitals in a comfortable position and keep the genitals away from the body, or separate the phallus from the scrotum.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0018] Reference is made herein to the attached drawings. Like reference numerals are used throughout the drawings to depict like or similar elements of the double-lined interior and exterior pocket male undergarment. For the purposes of presenting a brief and clear description of the present invention, the preferred embodiment will be discussed as used for providing additional ventilation and cooling as well as moisture absorption to the crotch region of a user. The figures are intended for representative purposes only and should not be considered to be limiting in any respect.
[0019] Referring now to
[0020] The fabric enclosure 12 extends outward around each perimeter of the second pair of openings 14 to form a sleeve 15 adapted to receive the legs of a user therethrough and extend to cover a portion of the thigh in order to prevent bunching of the fabric enclosure 12 around the crotch and rear end of a user for a better and more comfortable fit while wearing the double-lined interior and exterior pocket male undergarment 11. In the illustrated embodiment, the double-lined interior and exterior pocket male undergarment 11 includes an exterior pocket 19 having an enclosed lower end, enclosed sides, and an upper opening aligned with the first opening 13 at the top end of the undergarment. In some embodiments, the elastic material around the perimeter of the first opening 13 may include any suitable indicia along the perimeter thereof, including company logos and slogans.

[0022] Referring now to
[0023] When using the double-lined interior and exterior pocket male undergarment 11, a user may place his phallus within the interior pocket 18 for the added ventilation and cooling that comes from separating phallus from the scrotum, and moisture absorption. Inserting one's phallus within the interior pocket 18 will also ease chafing and other irritation from rashes created by constant rubbing of skin against skin or from seepage. The overlapping nature of the shroud 17 with the interior pocket 18 and exterior pocket 19 creates a horizontal flap opening that can be used as a fly to allow a user to expose his genitals to relieve himself without having to take the double-lined interior and exterior pocket male undergarment off in the bathroom, saving time and maintaining body temperature. The exterior pocket disposed on the outside of the fabric enclosure 12 may be used to store items which a user may want to keep safe. In this way, a user may store personal items such as keys or money which they wish to keep protected and out of easy reach of thieves and pickpockets.
[0024] It is therefore submitted that the instant invention has been shown and described in what is considered to be the most practical and preferred embodiments. It is recognized, however, that departures may be made within the scope of the invention and that obvious modifications will occur to a person skilled in the art. With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of the invention, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by the present invention.
[0025] Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the invention. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the invention to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the invention.
