DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
[0029] The following further describes the present application with reference to
[0030] As shown in
[0031] In the fitness resistance band 2, the resistance band body 2 may be connected to the handle body 11 by using one sleeve ring 12 so as to facilitate balanced holding of the handle body 11, and the sleeve ring 12 is disposed in the middle position of the handle body 11.
[0032] Certainly, for more balanced holding of the handle body 11, two sleeve rings 12 may alternatively be provided. That is, the handle assembly 1 includes two sleeve rings 12, where the two sleeve rings 12 are disposed at two ends of the handle body 11 respectively, one sleeve ring 12 is disposed at one end of the handle body 11, and the other sleeve ring 12 is disposed at the other end of the handle body 11. Two connection bands 21 are disposed at a first end of the resistance band body 2, and the two connection bands 21 are connected to first connecting parts 121 of the two sleeve rings 12 respectively. That is, one connection band 21 is connected to the first connecting part 121 of one sleeve ring 12, and the other connection band 21 is connected to the first connecting part 121 of the other sleeve ring 12.
[0033] The two sleeve rings 12 connect the two ends of the handle body 11 to the resistance band body 2, so that a user can hold the handle body 11 in a balanced manner. In addition, the two sleeve rings 12 share tensile force exerted by the resistance band body 2, so as to reduce frictional force of the sleeve rings 12 and the handle body 11, reduce wear of the sleeve rings 12 and the handle body 11, and prolong a service life.
[0034] Further, as shown in
[0035] Further, the annular grooves 111 are provided at positions of end faces of the handle body 11 adjacent to an outer circumferential surface. On the handle body 11, the end faces of the handle body 11 are adjacent to the outer circumferential surface of the handle body 11, the joint between the end faces and the outer circumferential surface is circular connection, and the annular grooves 111 are located at the circular connection positions. One side of each of the annular grooves 111 is adjacent to the end face of the handle body 11, and an outer circumferential side of the annular groove 111 is adjacent to the outer circumferential surface of the handle body 11. Therefore, openings in an axial direction and openings in a radial direction are provided on the annular grooves 111, the sleeve rings 12 can move in the axial direction and sleeve the annular grooves 111 through the openings in the axial direction of the handle body 11, and the openings in the radial direction provide rotation space for rotation of the sleeve rings 12.
[0036] Because the openings in the axial direction are provided on the annular grooves 111, the sleeve rings can move in the axial direction to be mounted and can also move in the axial direction to be disengaged. Therefore, the handle assembly 1 further includes two fixed plates 13, one fixed plate 13 is fixed to one end face of the handle body 11, and the other fixed plate 13 is fixed to the other end face of the handle body 11. The fixed plates 13 are used to prevent the sleeve rings 12 from being disengaged from the handle body 11.
[0037] The fixed plates 13 are detachably fixed to the end faces of the handle body 11 and specifically may be detachably connected by using screws or welded or riveted to the end faces of the handle body 11.
[0038] In some embodiments, as shown in
[0039] Specifically, clamping holes 131 are provided in the two fixed plates 13. Elastic clamping arms 141 are provided on inner side faces of the two end covers 14. The elastic clamping arm 141 of one end cover 14 is clamped in the clamping hole 131 of one fixed plate 13, and the elastic clamping arm 141 of the other end cover 14 is clamped in the clamping hole 131 of the other fixed plate 13. The elastic clamping arms 141 and the corresponding clamping holes 131 are clamped and matched, so that detaching and mounting convenience of the end covers 14 is improved.
[0040] Further, as shown in
[0041] In some embodiments, as shown in
[0042] When the connection bands 21 are made of a textile fabric, after the ends of the connection bands 21 are wound back, the ends of the connection bands 21 are connected to the connection bands 21 by using sewing threads.
[0043] In some embodiments, the fitness resistance band 2 further includes a foot ring 3 and a holding bar, where two ends of the foot ring 3 are connected to the two sleeve rings 12 respectively, and the holding bar is disposed at a second end of the resistance band body 2. In use, the foot ring 3 can be stepped, and the holding bar is held by hand, so that upper body or hand training can be performed.
[0044] In terms of connection of the foot ring 3 and the sleeve rings 12, the foot ring 3 may be connected to the sleeve rings 12 by using the two first connecting parts 121, and the specific connection manner is the same as or similar to that of the connection bands 21.
[0045] Certainly, second connecting parts 122 may be further disposed on the sleeve rings 12, and the two ends of the foot ring 3 are connected to the second connecting parts 122 of the two sleeve rings 12 respectively.
[0046] In some embodiments, as shown
[0047] When the foot ring 3 is made of a textile fabric, after the ends of the foot ring 3 are wound back, the ends of the foot ring 3 are connected to the foot ring 3 by using sewing threads.
[0048] In some embodiments, as shown in
[0049] Certainly, the door rod 4 and the holding bar herein are applied in different scenarios and may be considered to have the same or similar structure and different names.
[0050] In some embodiments, as shown in
[0051] The binding end 52 may be linear or annular. In an example of annular shape, the annular binding end 52 is pulled flat to form two overlapped binding sections, and the two binding sections can be bound and wound on the external structure in a linear form after being overlapped. Alternatively, the two binding sections may surround the external structure, the connection end 51 penetrates through a gap between the two binding sections, and the connection end 51 is slightly pulled, so that the binding end 52 binds the external structure.
[0052] In some embodiments, as shown in
[0053] The second band body 23 penetrates through the adjustment lock catch 24, and a part penetrating through the adjustment lock catch 24 is wound back. The adjustment lock catch 24 can lock its position on the second band body 23, and the first band body 22 is connected to the adjustment lock catch 24, so that the adjustment lock catch 24 can adjust an effective connection length of the second band body 23, and the entire length of the resistance band body 2 is adjusted. The adjustment lock catch 24 may be considered to be a belt buckle, a backpack strap adjustment buckle, or a structure like a belt buckle or a backpack strap adjustment buckle.
[0054] In some embodiments, the resistance band body 2 is a flexible ribbon.
[0055] In some embodiments, the resistance band body 2 is an elastic band. Specifically, any one of the first band body 22 and the second band body 23 may be elastic, or the first band body 22 and the second band body 23 are both elastic.
