Pelargonium plant named ‘PECZ0017’

Abstract

A new Pelargonium plant named PECZ0017 particularly distinguished by has deep red colored inflorescences held above the dark-green foliage, very heat and drought tolerant with continuous color through the most extreme summer heat, with a medium vigorous plant habit.

1. A new and distinct variety of Pelargonium plant named PECZ0017 substantially as illustrated and described herein.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PHOTOGRAPHS

(1) The accompanying photographic drawings show typical flower and foliage characteristics of PECZ0017 with colors being as true as possible with an illustration of this type. The photographic drawings in FIG. 1 shows a basket with 4 flowering plants of the new variety and in FIG. 2, a close-up of the flower.

(2) The plant descriptions and measurements were taken in Andijk, the Netherlands in September 2018 under natural light. These plants were approximately 12 weeks old and were grown in 1 gallon pots, in a greenhouse trial. The plants shown in the photographs were about 25 weeks old growing in a 10 inch pot in a greenhouse. The photographs were taken in October 2018.
