Specific Company Container

Abstract

The scope of this invention was to create a container that could endure extreme hot temperatures when heated by microwave and endure extreme cold temperatures without cracking when shipped with dry ice. In addition, the container was ergonomically designed to encompass a snug fit to keep the food contained, but the top is easily detached even if the individual does not have full use of their hands. The container is multipurpose. There was not a container on the market that met these criteria, so extensive time was expended to design such a container to fit the needs of the company.

Claims

i. THE SPECIFIC COMPANY CONTAINER CONSISTS OF ONLY TWO PIECES A TOP AND A BOTTOM TRAY AND IS MULTI-PURPOSE.

ii. THERE IS A NOTCH ON THE TOP LEFT AND BOTTOM RIGHT CORNERS TO FACILITATE EASE OF REMOVING THE TOP OF THE CONTAINER.

iii. WHEN THE TOP IS PLACED ON THE BOTTOM TRAY THERE IS VERY FAINT SNAPPING SOUND TO VALIDATE THAT THE TOP OF THE CONTAINER IS SECURELY FASTENED TO THE BOTTOM TRAY. THE TOP EASILY REMAINS ON UNTIL SNAPPED OPEN. THIS FACILITATES EASE OF USE FOR INDIVIDUALS THAT DO NOT HAVE FULL USE OF THEIR HANDS.

iv. THE CONTAINER IS FORMED USING 0.020 NATURAL POLYPROPYLENE.

v. THE BOTTOM TRAY WHEN FILLED WITH FOOD DOES NOT COLLAPSE UNDER EXTREME HEAT OR COLD TEMPERATURES.

vi. THE CONTAINER IS MICROWAVE SAFE.
