DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0042] To make the objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of this application clearer and more comprehensible, the following further describes this application in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely used to explain this application but are not intended to limit this application.
[0043] It should be noted that when an element is referred to as being fixed to or disposed on another element, it can be directly fixed to or disposed on the other element or indirectly fixed to or disposed on the other element. When an element is referred to as being coupled or connected to another element, it can be directly or indirectly coupled or connected to the other element. Orientation or position relationships indicated by the terms such as on, below, left, and right are based on orientation or position relationships shown in the accompanying drawings, and are used only for ease of illustration description, rather than indicating or implying that the mentioned apparatus or component must have a particular orientation or must be constructed and operated in a particular orientation. Therefore, such terms should not be construed as limiting of this patent. Persons of ordinary skill in the art can understand the specific meaning of these terms according to specific situations. The terms such as first and second are used only for the purpose of description, and should not be understood as indicating or implying the relative importance or implicitly specifying the number of the indicated technical features. Unless otherwise particularly defined, a plurality of means two or more than two.
[0044] The technical solutions of this application are described in detail below with reference to the specific accompanying drawings and embodiments.
[0045] For ease of description, a packaging box 2 and a cushioning pad 1 and a sheet 4 that are disposed in the packaging box 2 are together referred to as a packaging assembly 3.
[0046] Referring to
[0047] A plurality of protrusions 12 may be disposed around the sheets 4, to facilitate counting of the sheets 4 from a plurality of directions, so as to improve the efficiency of counting the sheets 4. The protrusions 12 are disposed in a corresponding groove 23 of the packaging box 2, so that it is convenient to count the protrusions 12, thereby improving the efficiency of counting the sheets 4. In addition, the groove 23 can further fit corresponding protrusions 12, thereby improving the safety of packaging the sheets 4, and the sheets 4 can alternatively be placed in a misaligned manner, thereby improving the efficiency of packaging the sheet 4. In another embodiment, the number and the positions of the protrusions 12 may also be adjusted according to an actual requirement, and are not uniquely limited herein.
[0048] The cushioning pad 1 may be made of an organic material, for example, an expandable polyethylene (EPE) material. Therefore, the cushioning pad 1 has relatively high elasticity and a desirable cushioning protection effect. In addition, the operation of counting the number of the protrusions 12 is facilitated. The cushioning pad 1 is formed by die cutting and stamping, so that processing and production are facilitated. In another embodiment, the cushioning pad 1 may be made of another material by using another processing process, and the material and processing process are not uniquely limited herein.
[0049] The sheet 4 may be an object such as a display panel or a touchscreen. In another embodiment, the sheet 4 may alternatively be another object, which is not uniquely limited herein.
[0050] At least one through hole 10 is provided at a position, corresponding to the sheet 4, in the body 11. In this structure, when the body 11 closely fits two adjacent sheets 4, there is a particular difference between the external pressure and the pressure between the body 11 and the sheet 4, and it is difficult to separate the body 11 and the sheet 4. The through hole 10 is provided for air to enter a fitting slit between the body 11 and the sheet 4 through the through hole 10, to keep a balance between the external pressure and the pressure between the body 11 and the sheet 4, thereby facilitating separation between the body 11 and the sheet 4. In another embodiment, another manner may be used to facilitate the separation between the body 11 and the sheet 4, and is not uniquely limited herein.
[0051] In this application, the protrusion 12 is disposed at at least one end of the body 11 of the cushioning pad 1. The protrusion 12 may extend beyond a corresponding end of the sheet 4. Therefore, a number of the sheets 4 can be learned rapidly only by counting the number of the protrusions 12, so that the operation is convenient and rapid.
[0052] In an embodiment, referring to
[0053] In an embodiment, referring to
[0054] In this structure, in one aspect, production and manufacturing materials of the cushioning pad 1 can be saved, thereby reducing production costs, and in another aspect, the body 11 may be rapidly separated from the sheets 4, thereby improving the efficiency of assembling and disassembling the sheets 4. In another embodiment, the number of the through holes 10 may be adjusted according to an actual requirement, and is not uniquely limited herein.

[0059] In an embodiment, in a specific implementation of the cushioning pad 1 provided in an embodiment of this application, the body 11, the support plate 13, and the protrusion 12 are integrally formed. In this structure, the cushioning pad 1 has a simple structure and design, and correspondingly, the packaging box 2 also has a simple structure and design, so as to facilitate the processing and production of the cushioning pad 1 and the packaging box 2. In another embodiment, the body 11, the support plate 13, and the protrusion 12 may alternatively have another connection relationship. For example, the body 11 and the support plate 13 are integrally formed, and the protrusion 12 is disposed at a side of the support plate 13. Alternatively, the body 11 and the support plate 13 are integrally formed, and the protrusion 12 is disposed at a side of the body 11. Alternatively, the body 11 and the protrusion 12 are integrally formed, and the support plate 13 is disposed on a side of the body 11. Alternatively, the support plate 13 and the protrusion 12 are integrally formed, and the support plate 13 is disposed on a side of the body 11.
[0060] This is not uniquely limited herein.
