DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0027] Hereinafter, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0028] As showed in FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. 3, a first embodiment for a destructive packaging container according to the present invention is disclosed.

[0029] The destructive packaging container comprises a case body (1), a case lid (2), two connecting strips (3) for connecting the case body (1) and the case lid (2) to form the case body (1) and the case lid (2) as a one-piece structure, and two cutting lines (4) disposed at a junction of the two connecting strips (3) and the case lid (2).

[0030] The case body (1) is provided with a recessed groove (11) around its opening and at least one first force-applied ear (12) protruded from an outer edge of one end of the recessed groove (11). In this embodiment, one first force-applied ear (12) is provided and disposed between the two connecting strips (3).

[0031] The case lid (2) is provided with a protrusion (21) around its periphery for correspondingly engaging with the recessed groove (11) and at least one second force-applied ear (22) protruded from an outer edge of one end of the protrusion (21). In this embodiment, two second force-applied ears (22) are provided. Furthermore, the two second force-applied ears (22) at least partly does not overlap with the first force-applied ear (12) as the case body (1) is covered with the case lid (2); or the two second force-applied ears (22) and the first force-applied ear (12) are staggered from each other without overlap as the case body (1) is covered with the case lid (2).

[0032] Referring to FIG. 2, FIG. 3, and FIG. 4, the case lid (2) is firmly covered on the case body (1) by the protrusion (21) of the case lid (2) correspondingly engaging with the recessed groove (11) of the case body (1).

[0033] When the case lid (2) is to be opened, a user can apply a force on the first force-applied ear (12) of the case body (1) and the two second force-applied ears (22) of the case lid (2) by two hands respectively to pull the first force-applied ear (12) of the case body (1) away from the two second force-applied ears (22) of the case lid (2), break the two cutting lines (4), and disconnect the two connecting strips (3) and the case lid (2) as shown in FIG. 6. In such a case, even if the case lid (2) is re-attached to the case body (1) after the case lid (2) has been opened, the free ends of the two connecting strips (3) originally connected to the case lid (2) are still tilted as shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8. Accordingly, the consumers can easily determine whether the destructive packaging container has been opened by the connection state of the two connecting strips (3) and the case lid (2) so as to avoid buying a product that is already defective and ensure their rights to select the product.

[0034] As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, a convex ring (13) is upwardly formed on an outer edge of the recessed groove (11) not connected with the first force-applied ear (12) and the two connecting strips (3). Due to the design of the convex ring (13) on the case body (1), the case body (1) has a wall higher than the outer edge of the one end of the protrusion (21) of the case lid (2) as the case lid (2) is covered on the case body (1). Therefore, the structure ensures that the case lid (2) can be opened only by applying a force on the first force-applied ear (12) and the two second force-applied ears (22).

[0035] As shown in FIG. 5, in this embodiment, a step surface (14) is formed between the convex ring (13) and the recessed groove (11). A lip margin (23) is outwardly extended along an outer edge of the protrusion (21) not connected with the at least one second force-applied ear (22) for correspondingly fitting the step surface (14) formed between the convex ring (13) and the recessed groove (11) so as to improve the sealing strength of the case lid (2) and the case body (1).

[0036] Referring to FIG. 9, FIG. 10, and FIG. 11, a second embodiment for a destructive packaging container according to the present invention is disclosed. The structure of the second embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment in FIG. 1 to FIG. 8 except for the shapes of the case body (1) and the case lid (2).

[0037] Referring to FIG. 12, FIG. 13, and FIG. 14, a third embodiment for a destructive packaging container according to the present invention is disclosed. The structure of the third embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment in FIG. 1 to FIG. 8 except for the shapes of the case body (1) and the case lid (2). The heights of the second embodiment and the third embodiment are different.

[0038] The two connecting strips (3) of the present invention are disposed at outsides of the first force-applied ear (12) of the case body (1) and the two second force-applied ears (22) of the case lid (2). Namely, the first force-applied ear (12) and the two second force-applied ears (22) are located between the two connecting pieces (3). When the case lid (2) is opened due to a force applied on the first force-applied ear (12) and the two second force-applied ears (22), the two cutting lines (4) between the two connecting pieces (3) and the case lid (2) must be disconnected. Accordingly, the customer knows by the appearance of the destructive packaging container that the case lid (2) has been opened.
