SET OF MODULAR TIMBER HOLLOW BRICKS WITH THERMAL INSULATION PROPERTIES

Abstract

The set of modular timber hollow bricks with thermal insulation properties includes wooden hollow bricks, marked as A and B which have a box structure. Hollow brick A and corner hollow brick B include two boards connected by crossbars in such a way, that they form a peripheral socket on the inside for a connection with the connector. The corner hollow brick B also has a connector on the side surface of the board. Each hollow brick has a circumferential socket, the size of which corresponds to half the thickness of the connector. The corner hollow brick B has a notch on the lateral surface. The hollow brick A and corner hollow brick B have each an additional reinforcing bar inside. The socket is filled with sealing foam before assembly.

Claims

1. A modular set with thermal insulation properties, comprising: a hollow brick; a corner hollow brick being comprised to two boards connected with crossbars so as to form an inside peripheral socket; and a horizontal connector connected to said inside peripheral socket; and a vertical connector, wherein said corner hollow brick has a connector on a side surface of a board, and wherein the hollow bricks are filled with thermal insulation material.

2. The set presented in claim 1 wherein said socket has a size corresponding approximately to half the thickness of the connector.

3. The set presented in claim 1, wherein said corner hollow brick has a notch on a lateral surface.

4. The set presented in claim 1, wherein said hollow brick and said corner hollow brick have an additional reinforcing bar from inside.

5. The set presented in claim 1, wherein connectors are fitted into a seat with sealing foam.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0021] The modular set consists of timber hollow bricks A and corner hollow bricks B. The hollow bricks are made of boards 1.1 connected with crossbars 2.2. Longer hollow bricks are additionally reinforced with a crossbar 9. The interior of the hollow bricks is filled with Styrofoam insulating material 7. The hollow bricks have peripheral sockets 3 for fastening the vertical connectors 5 and 6, and horizontal connectors 4. Connectors 4,5,6 are fastened with wall screws 1.1. Additionally, slot 3, it is filled with sealing foam before fitting. The corner hollow brick B has a notch 8.
