[0024] FIG. 3 is a schematic exploded perspective view showing a hook strap type seat covering fixing structure 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a schematic assembled perspective view of the hook strap type seat covering fixing structure 200 shown in FIG. 3. FIG. 5 is a schematic exploded perspective view showing a hook strap type seat covering fixing structure 200 according to a second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 is a schematic assembled perspective view of the hook strap type seat covering fixing structure 200 shown in FIG. 5. FIG. 7 is a schematic exploded perspective view showing a hook strap type seat covering fixing structure 300 according to a third embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 8 is a schematic assembled perspective view of the hook strap type seat covering fixing structure 300 shown in FIG. 7.
[0025] As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the hook strap type seat covering fixing structure 100 includes an elongated hook strap 110 which has a plurality of hooks 112 formed on a first surface thereof, a peripheral wall 111 formed on the first surface and surrounding the plurality hooks 112, and reinforcing configurations, such as wave shape reinforcing configurations 114, formed along lateral longitudinal sides of the hook strap 110 outside the peripheral wall 111 so as to increase the rigidity of the hook strap 110. In this embodiment, the seat covering fixing structure 100 further includes two barrier sponges 120. Each of the barrier sponges 120 is attached on top of the reinforcing configurations 114 formed at one lateral side of the hook strap 110 by means of, for example, an adhesive so as to prevent the foam material from. entering spaces among the plurality of hooks 112 during a foam material filling process of a seat cushion manufacturing. Additionally, the seat covering fixing structure 100 of the present embodiment further includes a backing layer 130 which is affixed to a second surface that is opposing the first surface of the hook strap 110, for example, by means of supersonic wave welding or thermal welding and a magnetic material layer 140 disposed between the second surface of the hook strap 110 and the backing layer 130, wherein the backing layer 130 may be formed of a polyester fabrics layer or a non-woven fabrics layer.
[0026] Next, a hook strap type seat covering fixing structure 200 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6. In the second embodiment illustrated in. FIGS. 5 and 6, the hook strap type scat covering fixing structure 200 includes an elongated hook strap 210 which has a plurality of hooks 212 formed on a first surface thereof, a peripheral wall 211 formed on the first surface and surrounding the plurality hooks 212, and at least two reinforcing ribs 214 formed among the plurality hooks 212 in parallel with each other in a longitudinal direction of the hook strap 210 so as to increase the rigidity of the hook strap 210, In this embodiment, the seat covering fixing structure 200 further includes two barrier sponges 220. Each of the barrier sponges 220 is attached to a lateral longitudinal side of the hook strap 210 outside of the peripheral wall 211 by means of, for example, an adhesive so as to prevent the foam material from entering spaces among the plurality of hooks 212 during a foam material filling process of a seat cushion manufacturing. Additionally, the seat covering fixing structure 200 of the present embodiment further includes a backing layer 230 which is affixed to a second surface that is opposing the first surface of the hook strap 210, for example, by means of supersonic wave welding or thermal welding and a magnetic material layer 240 disposed between the second surface of the hook strap 210 and the backing layer 230, wherein the backing layer 230 may be formed of a polyester fabrics layer or a non-woven fabrics layer.
[0027] Next, reference is made to FIGS. 7 and 8, in which a hook strap type seat covering fixing structure 300 according to a third embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. In the third embodiment, the hook strap type seat covering fixing structure 300 includes an elongated hook strap 310 which has a plurality of hooks 312 formed on a first surface thereof, a peripheral wall 311 formed on the first surface and surrounding the plurality hooks 312, reinforcing configurations, such as wave shape reinforcing configurations 316, formed along lateral longitudinal sides of the hook strap 310 outside the peripheral wall 311, and at least two reinforcing ribs 314 formed among the plurality hooks 312 in parallel with each other in a longitudinal direction of the hook strap 310. The reinforcing configurations 316 and the at least two reinforcing ribs 314 are provided to increase the rigidity of the hook strap 310. In this embodiment, the seat covering fixing structure 300 further includes two barrier sponges 320. Each of the barrier sponges 320 is attached on top of the reinforcing configurations 314 formed at one lateral side of the hook strap 310, for example, by means of an adhesive so as to prevent the foam material from entering spaces among the plurality of hooks 312 during a foam material tilling process of a seat cushion manufacturing. Additionally, the seat covering fixing structure 300 of the present embodiment further includes a backing layer 330 which is affixed to a second surface that is opposing the first surface of the hook strap 310, for example, by means of supersonic wave welding or thermal welding and a magnetic material layer 340 disposed between. the second surface of the hook strap 310 and the backing layer 330, wherein the backing layer 330 may be formed of a polyester fabrics layer or a non-woven fabrics layer.
[0028] Because the seat covering fixing structure of the present invention comprises the unique structural features described above, the seat covering fixing structure of the present invention possesses a function/advantage that existing prior art fastening straps do not have (that is, the present invention can provide a stiff and strong hook strap type seat covering fixing structure that can be placed onto the straight plateaus of the foaming mold with one hand so as to simply and expedite the seat cushion manufacturing process and in turn increase the yield rate and lower the manufacturing cost). Therefore, the seat covering fixing structure of the present invention is a creation that has a great industrial applicability.
[0029] Although the present invention has been described above according to the preferred embodiments thereof; it is not intend to limit the scope of the present invention to specific structural features described above. In fact, there exist various modifications and variations under the principle and spirit disclosed above.
[0030] It will be apparent to people skilled in this art that many modifications can be made to the disclosed structures without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, it is the intent of the appended claims to cover all such variations and modifications as come within the sprit and scope of this invention.
