Abstract
An exercise ball structure coated with food-ingredient powders includes an inner elastic spherical-shell structure and an organic food-ingredient powder coating. The inner elastic spherical-shell structure has a first outer surface. The organic food-ingredient powder coating is formed on the first outer surface by injection molding.
Claims
1. An exercise ball structure coated with food-ingredient powders, comprising: an inner elastic spherical-shell structure, having a first outer surface; and an organic food-ingredient powder coating, formed on the first outer surface by injection molding.
2. The exercise ball structure coated with food-ingredient powders of claim 1, wherein the organic food-ingredient powder coating is at least one of a coffee powder layer, a matcha powder layer, a turmeric powder layer, a curry powder layer, a milk powder layer and a cocoa powder layer.
3. The exercise ball structure coated with food-ingredient powders of claim 1, wherein a ratio of a coating thickness of the organic food-ingredient powder coating to an inner shell thickness of the inner elastic spherical-shell structure is ranged from 1:1 to 1:5.
Description
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0016] The present invention will now be specified with reference to its preferred embodiment illustrated in the drawings, in which:

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0019] The invention disclosed herein is directed to an exercise ball structure coated with food-ingredient powders. In the following description, numerous details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. It will be appreciated by one skilled in the art that variations of these specific details are possible while still achieving the results of the present invention. In other instance, well-known components are not described in detail in order not to unnecessarily obscure the present invention.
[0020] Refer now to
[0021] In detail,
[0022] The organic food-ingredient powder coating 2, furnished to coat the first outer surface 11 of the inner elastic spherical-shell structure 1, has a second outer surface 21 and a second inner surface 22. A distance from the spherical center O to the second inner surface 22 is defined as a second inner radius R3, and that from the spherical center O to the second outer surface 21 is defined as a second outer radius R4. In this present invention, the second inner surface 22 and the first outer surface 11 are overlapped, and thus the second inner radius R3 is equal to the first outer radius R2.
[0023] A difference between the first outer radius R2 and the first inner radius R1 is defined as an inner shell thickness of the inner elastic spherical-shell structure 1. A difference between the second outer radius R4 and the second inner radius R3 is defined as a coating thickness of the organic food-ingredient powder coating 2. Generally, a ratio of the coating thickness to the inner shell thickness is ranged from 1:1 to 1:5. Preferably, the ratio of the coating thickness to the inner shell thickness is 1:1.
[0024] The organic food-ingredient powder coating 2, made up by powders of organic food ingredients, can be at least one of a coffee powder layer, a matcha powder layer, a turmeric powder layer, a curry powder layer, a milk powder layer and a cocoa powder layer. The coffee powder layer and the cocoa powder layer can be used to replace the conventional coffee color powders and the black color powders, respectively. The matcha powder layer can be used to replace the green color powders, the turmeric powder layer or the curry powder layer can be used to replace the yellow color powders, and the milk powder layer can be used to replace the white powder layer or the rice color powders.
[0025] In the present invention, the organic food-ingredient powder coating 2 can completely replace the conventional color powders, and can also partly replace the PVC, the plasticizers, the stabilizers and the like chemicals. Apparently, while the exercise ball structure coated with food-ingredient powders 100 is in use, use's skin would contact the outmost organic food-ingredient powder coating 2 of the exercise ball structure coated with food-ingredient powders 100. Then, since organic food-ingredient powder coating 2 is made up of powders of the organic food ingredients, and thus less skin allergic reactions would be met while skin contact occurs.
[0026] In addition, the organic food-ingredient powder coating 2 can emit natural aroma of the organic food ingredients, by which annoying smell caused by the residual sweat can be further reduced. Further, in the case that, some day, the exercise ball structure coated with food-ingredient powders 100 is discarded by any means, the organic food-ingredient powder coating 2 can be completely dissolved, and won't cause environmental pollution and damages, like most of chemical do.
[0027] In summary, the exercise ball structure coated with food-ingredient powders provided by the present invention introduces the organic food-ingredient powder coating onto the first outer surface of the inner elastic spherical-shell structure, so that, in comparison with the prior art, the possibility of skin allergy upon the user can be substantially reduced.
[0028] While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
