Abstract
The invention concerns a sanding arrangement for a sanding machine consisting of a sanding machine roller (1) and a sanding belt (3), wherein the sanding belt (3) is arranged on the sanding machine roller (1), wherein the sanding belt (3) is arranged rotatingly between the sanding machine roller (1) and a further sanding machine roller, wherein a material web (2) having an abrasive side (4) and a less abrasive side (5) is arranged between the sanding belt (3) and the sanding machine roller (1), wherein the abrasive side (4) is aligned with the sanding machine roller (1) and the less abrasive side (5) is aligned with the sanding belt (3).
Claims
1. Sanding arrangement for a sanding machine comprising a first sanding machine roller (1) and a second sanding machine roller (1.1) and a sanding belt (3), wherein the sanding belt (3) is arranged so as to rotate in rotation on the two sanding machine rollers (1, 1.1), wherein a material web (2) has an abrasive side (4) and a less abrasive side (5), the material web (2) being arranged between the sanding belt (3) and the sanding machine rollers (1, 1.1), the abrasive side (4) being aligned with the sanding machine roller (1, 1.1) and the less abrasive side (5) being aligned with the sanding belt (3).
2. Sanding arrangement for a woodworking machine comprising a first woodworking roller, a second woodworking roller and a steel belt, wherein the steel belt is arranged so as to rotate in rotation on the two woodworking rollers, wherein a material web (2) has an abrasive side (4) and a less abrasive side (5), wherein the material web (2) is arranged between the woodworking roller and the steel strip and the less abrasive side (5) is aligned with the woodworking roller and the abrasive side (4) is aligned with the steel strip.
3. Sanding arrangement according to claim 1, wherein a width of the material web (2) is equal to or greater than the width of the sanding belt (3) or the steel belt.
4. Sanding arrangement according to claim 1, wherein the material web (2) consists of a natural material or a plastic or a natural material/plastic mixture.
5. Sanding arrangement according to claim 1, wherein the material web (2) is arranged in an annular manner such that it can rotate about the two sanding machine rollers (1, 1.1) or the woodworking rollers.
6. Sanding arrangement according to claim 1, wherein the material web (2) consists of a plurality of segments.
7. Sanding arrangement according to claim 1, wherein the material web (2) consists of a first layer and a second layer of different materials, an adhesive being present between the first layer and the second layer.
8. Sanding arrangement according to claim 7, wherein the first layer consists of polyester or cotton or paper or a mixture of at least some of the materials and the second layer consists of plastic.
9. Use of a material web for protecting a first sanding machine roller (1) and a second sanding machine roller (1.1) on which a sanding belt (3) is arranged, the material web (2) having an abrasive side (4) and a less abrasive side (5), the material web (2) being laid around the two sanding machine rollers (1, 1.1), wherein the material web (2) is arranged between the sanding belt (3) and the two sanding machine rollers (1, 1.1), wherein the abrasive side (4) is aligned with the two sanding machine rollers (1, 1.1) and the low-abrasive side (5) is aligned with the sanding belt (3) and the material web (2) runs with the two sanding machine rollers (1, 1.1) and the sanding belt (3).
10. Use of a material web for protecting a first woodwork sanding roller and a second woodwork sanding roller on which a steel belt is arranged, the material web having an abrasive side (4) and a less abrasive side (5), the material web (2) being laid around the two woodwork sanding rollers, wherein the material web (2) is arranged between the two woodwork sanding rollers and the steel belt, wherein the low-abrasive side (5) is aligned with the two woodwork sanding rollers and the abrasive side (4) is aligned with the steel belt and the material web (2) with the two woodwork sanding rollers and the steel belt runs with it.
11. Sanding arrangement according to claim 2, wherein a width of the material web (2) is equal to or greater than the width of the sanding belt (3) or the steel belt.
12. Sanding arrangement according to claim 2, wherein the material web (2) consists of a natural material or a plastic or a natural material/plastic mixture.
13. Sanding arrangement according to claim 2, wherein the material web (2) is arranged in an annular manner such that it can rotate about the two sanding machine rollers (1, 1.1) or the woodworking rollers.
14. Sanding arrangement according to claim 2, wherein the material web (2) consists of a plurality of segments.
15. Sanding arrangement according to claim 2, wherein the material web (2) consists of a first layer and a second layer of different materials, an adhesive being present between the first layer and the second layer.
16. Sanding arrangement according to claim 15, wherein the first layer consists of polyester or cotton or paper or a mixture of at least some of the materials and the second layer consists of plastic.
