    Abstract

    The Color Pallet design and concept provides a more efficient way to work with hair color and chemicals. It saves time and space and keeps workstations neat, clean and organized. The Color Pallet eliminates the need to use separate bowls for different product and colors. It is ideal for use when applying multiple colors to a client's hair. It is easy to wash and reuse as needed.

    Claims

    1. A tool used for mixing hair colors and chemicals, said tool is comprised of multiple compartments for keeping colors and chemical separated but allows a singular vessel for storage, transporting, mixing and/or the application of multiple colors and/or chemicals.

    2. The Tool of claim 1, made of resin plastic.

    [0004] The included drawing, FIG. 1, is a one-dimensional aerial representation of the design concept and an architectural design illustration of the design.

    [0005] It shows the intention of the design and the functionality of it. The Color Pallet is a round shaped, six compartments made of resin plastic. The circular bowl measures 2 inches high, 8 inches in diameter and consists of a 2 inch circular compartment in the center surrounded by 5 equally sized Pie shaped Compartments. The resin plastic design would meet industry standards developed by the US. Department of Commerce for SIC Code 3089. The enclosed drawing, file name thecolorpalletfigure1.pdf is a design diagram with a top view and a side view. The top view illustrates the design of the color pallet as having an outer 8 inch circular wall with a 2 inch inner circular compartment connected with a 2 inch dividing wall that create 5 equally spaced compartments extending out from the center at a 72 Degree angle. Detail A is drawn on a scale of 1:1 and illustrates the inside rounded edge, R.09 TYP. The side view illustrates the 2 inch depth of the entire design with the bottom outer edge rounded at R.09. Detail B is drawn on a scale of 2:1 and illustrates the 0.09 of an inch wall thickness and the top outer edge rounded at R.03.
