    Description

    BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0010] The accompanying figures, where like reference numerals refer to identical or functionally similar elements throughout the separate views, together with the detailed description below, are incorporated in and form part of the specification, and serve to further illustrate embodiments of concepts that include the claimed invention, and explain various principles and advantages of those embodiments.

[0011] FIG. 100 shows the un-pulled schematic view of the shirt.

[0012] FIG. 200 shows pulled up view of shirt using drawstring.

[0013] Skilled artisans will appreciate that elements in the figures are illustrated for simplicity and clarity and have not necessarily been drawn to scale. For example, the dimensions of some of the elements in the figures may be exaggerated relative to other elements to help to improve understanding of embodiments of the present invention.

[0014] The apparatus and method components have been represented where appropriate by conventional symbols in the drawings, showing only those specific details that are pertinent to understanding the embodiments of the present invention so as not to obscure the disclosure with details that will be readily apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art having the benefit of the description herein.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0015] Before explaining the invention in detail, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the detail of construction and arrangement of parts illustrated in the drawings since the invention is capable of other embodiments and of being practiced or carried out in various ways. It is also to be understood that the phraseology or terminology employed is for the purpose of description only and not of limitation.

[0016] Considering the advances the Invention is an athletic shirt with a drawstring on the bottom and a graphic design inside the shirt. In multiple sports women find the need to pull their shirt over their chest. When girls stunt they like to pull their shirt over the chest so that the people lifting them can get a better contact with a skin on their hips which increases the friction and allows for a better toss. When women pull the shirt over the chest, most of the time the regular shirts fall back down because there's nothing to prevent them from falling down. With this shirt, when women pull their shirt up, they can pull the draw string and the shirt will stay up on their chest. There's also a design on the inside of the shirt so when the shirt is flipped inside out, one can still see a design.

[0017] Referring now to FIG. 100 which shows plan view of the unpulled shirt normally when dressed. Similarly FIG. 200 shows another view of the shirt when pulled up for a better friction.

[0018] The use of the invention is simple without any tedious effort. When the user desire to pull the shirt over his chest he pull the draw string (or Velcro it down or align the magnets) so that the shirt stays up.

[0019] With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of the invention, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by the present invention.

[0020] The Abstract of the Disclosure is provided to allow the reader to quickly ascertain the nature of the technical disclosure. It is submitted with the understanding that it will not be used to interpret or limit the scope or meaning of the claims. In addition, in the foregoing Detailed Description, it can be seen that various features are grouped together in various embodiments for the purpose of streamlining the disclosure. This method of disclosure is not to be interpreted as reflecting an intention that the claimed embodiments require more features than are expressly recited in each claim. Rather, as the following claims reflect, inventive subject matter lies in less than all features of a single disclosed embodiment. Thus, the following claims are hereby incorporated into the Detailed Description, with each claim standing on its own as a separately claimed subject matter.
