EXERCISE WEIGHT BAR SHAPE INSPIRED MULTI FUNCTIONAL BOTTLE (KEALTHY BOTTLE)

Abstract

This inventions generally relates to a bottle and more particularly, relates to a plastic MULTI FUNCTIONAL BOTTLE.sup.1. More specifically, it is an exercise weight bar shape inspired MULTI FUNCTIONAL.sup.2 BOTTLE. The bottle may include an upper body section and a lower body section connected with each other by a substantially cylindrical transitional section, which measurements and design allow a full grip of a closed hand. The bottle may be made out of a plastic material and may be suitable for different uses, specially for holding water with a high ph level. .sup.1 Named Kealthy Bottle for the meaning of its different purposes..sup.2 Holding beverages, battery recycle container, cheap exercise equipment, decorative cash-box, decoration and home supply.

Claims

1. A multi functional bottle, comprising: an upper section, a lower section, substantially cylindrical transitional section.

2. The bottle of claim 1, further comprising a plastic material.

3. The bottle of claim 1, wherein front, back and side views comprise a substantially exercise weight bar shape

4. The bottle of claim 1, wherein the upper section and the lower section comprise the same diameter

5. The bottle of claim 1, wherein the upper section and the lower section comprise the exact same shape

6. The bottle of claim 5, wherein the upper section has a waist at the center and around the upper section

7. The bottle of claim 5, wherein the lower section has a waist at the center and around the lower section

8. The bottle of claim 5, wherein the transitional section comprise a long cylindrical transitional section that connects the upper section with the lower section

9. A multi functional bottle, comprising: a body, and a bottom; the bottom comprising a rounded width

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0026] Referring now to the drawings, in which like numerals refer to like parts throughout the several views, FIGS. 1-14 show an embodiment of an exercise weight bar shape inspired bottle. The bottle may be made out of clear plastic.

[0027] FIGS. 1-6, 8, 14. The bottle 100 may include a neck portion 130. The neck portion 130 may be of conventional design. The threads 120 may be configured to accept a conventional twist off closure. Other types of closures may be used herein. A retaining ring or similar structures also may be used.

[0028] FIGS. 1-5, 8, 10-13. The bottle 100 further may have an upper section 150 and a lower section 170. The upper section 150 and the lower section 170 may be separated by a transitional middle section 160, however, may be substantially circular in cross-sectional shape. As is shown in FIGS. 7-8, the bottom of the bottle 190 comprises a rounded width.
