Abstract
A mesh bag filled with non-decarboxylated marijuana, decarboxylated marijuana and/or marijuana concentrates designed to fit in virtually any beverage container. Once submerged the liquid beverage absorbs the cannabinoids (THC/CBDs) and thereby become psycho-active. The Marijuana Beverage spiker is a food grade mesh bag filled with non-decarboxylated marijuana, decarboxylated marijuana and/or marijuana concentrates. The mesh bag is designed to fit into virtually any pre-existing beverage container and be added to the container by the consumer after purchase. Once submerged in liquid, the marijuana and/or marijuana concentrates in the MBS absorbs into the liquid beverage. The liquid beverage will absorb the cannabinoids (THC/CBDs) and become psycho-active.

[0016] The various embodiments of the present invention will hereinafter be described in conjunction with the appended drawings, wherein like designations denote like elements.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0017] As discussed above, embodiments of the present disclosure relate to beverage solutions and more particularly to a marijuana beverage spiker as used to improve the ingestion of marijuana.
[0018] Generally, the present invention is a mesh bag filled with decarboxylated marijuana, non-decarboxylated marijuana and/or marijuana concentrates designed to fit in virtually any beverage container. Once submerged the liquid in the beverage container absorbs the cannabinoids (THC/CBDs) and thereby becomes psycho-active. The Marijuana Beverage spiker is a food grade mesh bag filled with non-decarboxylated marijuana, decarboxylated marijuana and/or marijuana concentrates. The mesh bag is designed to fit into virtually any beverage container and is to be added to the container by the consumer after purchase. Once submerged in liquid, the water-soluble marijuana and/or marijuana concentrates in the spiker absorb into the liquid. The liquid will absorb the cannabinoids (THC/CBDs) and become psycho-active. The consumer can then feel the effects of the cannabinoids that are absorbed into the beverage much like a traditional body stone (similar to other edible marijuana products).
[0019] Referring now more specifically to the drawings by numerals of reference, there is shown in
[0020]
[0021] According to one embodiment, the marijuana beverage spiker system 100 may be arranged as a kit. In particular, the marijuana beverage spiker system 100 may further include a set of instructions. The instructions may detail functional relationships in relation to the structure of the marijuana beverage spiker system 100 such that the marijuana beverage spiker 102 can be mixed, consumed, stored, or the like, in a preferred manner. Various strains of marijuana 110 and various types of liquid beverage 120 may be used and included in the kit combined with the other components mentioned herein. The preferred beverage container 122 used with the marijuana beverage spiker system 100 is a bottle with a removable lid, as shown however it should be appreciated that other container means may be used such as a can or the like. The volume of liquid beverage 120 may comprise water, fruit juice, vegetable juice, carbonated water or soda, sports drinks, energy drinks, caffeinated beverages (teas, coffees) and combinations thereof. The volume of liquid beverage generally comprises water. The above-mentioned strains of marijuana and liquids are intended to be exemplary and are not to be considered an exhaustive list instead are provided such that the mentioned invention can be enabled for making and consuming. Those with ordinary skill in the art will now appreciate that upon reading this specification and by their understanding the art of strains of marijuana and types of liquid beverage and their mixing in combination as described herein, methods of aging, mixing and consuming will be understood by those knowledgeable in such art.
