Abstract
The present invention discloses a tearing structure of a tear strip and its manufacturing device and manufacturing method. During the process of manufacturing the bag, the bow defined by the pull-up portion is relatively flat. It does not upwarp or interfere with other devices, causing equipment damage or bag waste. The junctions of the pull-up portion are formed by the unevenness of the cutter, which can be used as anti-counterfeiting and anti-theft function. It is judged whether the pull-up portion is opened by the connection of the dotted line of the bow. The inverted buckled structure is formed at a bottom of the bag body and the organ surface is not opened, which is more favorable for sucker grabbing. The second cutter has a square serrated incision to avoid the entire cut-through, thereby solving the problem that the fall off between the pull-up portion and the tear strip caused by overcut in the past.
Claims
1. A tearing structure of a tear strip, wherein: the tear strip, which is installed within an upper film of a bag body, comprises a guide strip, an installation part and the tearing structure; the tearing structure comprises a pull-up portion and a connection portion, wherein: the pull-up portion is formed by longitudinally cutting through a cutting apparatus, the pull-up portion has an edge, there are multiple junctions on the edge are not cut, so that when a force is applied to pull up the pull-up portion, the connection portion is longitudinally cut through the cutting apparatus to remain the upper film of the bag body and the guide strip.
2. The tearing structure of the tear strip, as recited in claim 1, wherein: the edge is butterfly-shaped or C-shaped.
3. The tearing structure of the tear strip, as recited in claim 1, wherein: there are 2 to 4 junctions on the edge.
4. A device for manufacturing the tearing structure of the tear strip as recited claim 1, which comprises a cutting apparatus, wherein: the cutting apparatus comprises an upper cutting part and a lower cutting part; a first cutter is located at a lower end of the upper cutting part and is fitted with the edge of the pull-up portion in shape; the first cutter comprises a convex portion and a concave portion; the convex portion defines the edge and the concave portion defines the junctions through cutting; a second cutter is located at an upper end of the lower cutting part and is fitted with the connection portion in shape.
5. The device for manufacturing the tearing structure of the tear strip, as recited in claim 4, wherein: a pad is located under the lower cutting part and is made from SiO.sub.2.nH.sub.2O.
6. The device for manufacturing the tearing structure of the tear strip, as recited in claim 4, wherein: the second cutter has a square serrated incision to avoid an entire cut-through.
7. A method for manufacturing a tear strip of an organ bag through the device as recited in claim 4, which comprises steps of: installing a guide strip and an installation part of the tear strip within an upper film of a bag body, placing the bag body between an upper cutting part and a lower cutting part of the cutting apparatus, performing cut-through on an edge of a pull-up portion, wherein the upper film, the guide strip, the installation part, an organ side and a lower film are cut through in sequence, forming an inverted buckled structure at a back of the lower film, remaining the upper film and the guide strip at the connection portion, and cutting off the installation part, the organ side and the lower film.

[0028] A method for manufacturing a tear strip of an organ bag through the device mentioned above comprises steps of: installing a guide strip and an installation part of the tear strip within an upper film of a bag body, placing the bag body between an upper cutting part and a lower cutting part of the cutting apparatus, performing cut-through on an edge of a pull-up portion, wherein the upper film, the guide strip, the installation part, an organ side and a lower film are cut through in sequence, forming an inverted buckled structure at a back of the lower film, remaining the upper film and the guide strip at the connection portion, and cutting off the installation part, the organ side and the lower film. The inverted buckled structure is formed based on a principle as follows. When a force of 0.5 Mpa or more is applied, the whole first cutter is inclined by 5, and the upper film is inserted into a bottom side of the bag body, so that a bag body inverted buckled structure 125 is formed.
