Abstract
The present invention provides a brush and a manufacturing method thereof. A brush of the present invention includes: brush hairs; a brush hair part that has a brush coupler to which the brush hairs are attached; a brush body that support an end of the brush coupler; a coupling member that has a first part coupled to the brush body and a second part coupled to the edge of the brush coupler and has a metallic tube; and a fixing member that prevents shaking of the brush coupler between the brush body and the brush coupler, in which the coupling member and the brush body are combined by pressing the portion of the coupling member where the coupling member and the brush body are in contact with each other.
Claims
1. A method of manufacturing a brush, the method comprising: bending the upper end of a coupling member including a metallic tube and coupling the bent upper end to the edge of a brush coupler combined with brush hairs; supporting the brush coupler with a fixing member by inserting the fixing member into the coupling member; inserting the upper portion of a brush body into the coupling member to support the fixing member; and coupling the coupling member to the brush body by pressing a portion of the coupling member where the coupling member and the brush body are in contact with each other.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the coupling member and the brush body are pressed by an apparatus for combining a brush.

(74) As described above, according to the embodiment, a coupling member and a brush body are combined by pressing the portion of the coupling member where the coupling member and the brush body are in contact with each other, so they can be combined without an adhesive and it is possible to preclude harmful substances of an adhesive.
(75) Further, a fixing member is provided between a brush hair part and a coupling member, so it is possible to prevent shaking of the brush hair part before coupling the brush body.
