Abstract
The invention relates to a stopper for a box-type container with air admission, consisting of four parts: a stopper, a seal, a mouth and a movable part. When the seal is removed by pulling the tongue, the stopper can be inserted into the mouth and move the movable part, producing two parts, one for the admission of air and one for the outflow of the liquid, in both cases perforating the plastic-aluminum film. By pulling the stopper outwards, the fingers of the user pressing on the fingerprints, the mouth opens, releasing the clip of the stopper and pouring the liquid out of the box without splashing or continuous gushing of liquid.
Claims
1-6. (canceled)
7. A stopper for a box-type container with air admission, having: a mouth, a stopper, and a seal attached to the mouth and the stopper by means of a precut, the seal having a tongue for pulling on the same and tearing off said seal by breaking the precut joining the stopper and the seal as well as the precut joining the seal with the mouth; the mouth having a flaring or base for gluing the cardboard of the box-type container; the stopper having fingerprints on both sides thereof for greater extraction comfort; the stopper having a clip for closing, for being arranged on the mouth like a perimetral catch which, by bending of the plastic material of the stopper, allows opening and closing the mouth by gripping, wherein the stopper has in the back a cutting part and a pushing part, and in that the stopper for a box-type container has a movable part closed on the sides by partitions forming a box closed at the front part thereof moving on strips inserted into guides along the interior of the mouth, this movable part being insertable in the mouth portion when pushed by the pushing part of the stopper to penetrate into the container and to form a passage for the air during outflow of liquid.
8. The stopper for a box-type container with air admission, according to claim 7, wherein the movable part has a lifting part and a closure at the front part, and the cutting part and the closure of the movable part are provided with toothing along the entire front edge thereof which, when the stopper is clipped and closed on the mouth, the small bent sheets resulting from the perforation of the film by means of the toothing of the movable part and of the cutting part are secured and led into the container led by the lifting-part of the movable part.
9. The stopper for a box-type container with air admission, according to claim 7, wherein the movable part generates inside the mouth a lower part for the admission of air and the cutting part generates an upper part for the outflow of liquid through the mouth glued to the box with adhesive, the outflow of liquid through the upper part being compensated with admission of air through the lower part at the same time and in the same amount.

DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0064] It can be seen in
[0065] Before being opened, the stopper (1) is attached to the mouth (4) by means of a seal (2) having a tongue (3).
[0066] By pulling on it, the precuts between the seal (2) and the stopper (1) are broken on both sides with the mouth (4) the stopper (1) being detached and the mouth (4) being opened.
[0067] The mouth (4) is integral with a base (5) that is glued to the cardboard of the box-type container.
[0068]
[0069]
[0070] When the stopper (1) is inserted in the mouth (4), it breaks the plastic film (25), cutting the film (8) inside and thereby provides passage and access to extraction thereof from the inner space of the box (9).
[0071]
[0072] The movable part (10) moves on strips (11) integral with the butt end (12) which is where it is supported and pushed into the stopper (1).
[0073] The box (13) of said movable part (10) has a lifting-type part (14) to prevent the cut plastic film from going back and plugging up the opened hole.
