Smart Comb/Smart Brush

Abstract

A combined all brush all comb tool that can be used interchangeably. Said embodiment having a containment chamber located at the top that can be used to dispense liquid solutions such as shampoos, liquid relaxers and other hair treatment solutions for both male and female hair care treatment.

Claims

1. A combined smart comb/smart brush with liquid containment chamber comprising of; i. a handle portion (1); ii. a container(5) within the body portion of the brush to store liquid and thereby isolate the liquid from the handle portion; iii. a container(5) within the body portion of the comb to store liquid and thereby isolate the liquid from the handle portion; iv. a plurality of holes(3) located between said plurality of bristles(4) on the base of the containment body, wherein when used, said liquid flows from the container into said plurality of holes onto hair; v. a plurality of holes(3) located at the tip of said tine(4) and also within the sides of same, wherein said plurality of holes allow said liquid flow from the container into said plurality of holes onto hair; vi. a lid cover (2), for the containment chamber to secure liquid within said containment chamber.

2. The combined smart comb/smart brush with liquid containment chamber of claim (1) wherein the comb forms a one piece body.

3. The combined smart comb/smart brush with liquid containment chamber of claim (1) wherein the brush forms a one piece body.

4. The combined smart comb/smart brush with liquid containment chamber of claim 1) wherein the plurality of holes uniformly dispenses the liquid.

The combined smart comb/smart brush with liquid containment chamber of claim (1) in combination with an elongated frame member having a handle end and a body end; groups of a plurality of tine/bristles extending generally perpendicular and circularly to the axis of the comb/brush body member, with the tine and bristle having a length, a width, and a height, with the groups of tine/bristles being spaced from each creating gaps there between; a handle portion extending from the first end of the frame member; means formed in the gaps between the groups of teeth for separating and capturing strands of hair desired to be treated and for allowing hair to be pulled through the pools of hair treatment solution formed in the containment body member; and means for introducing treatment solution for application to the hair.

6. The combined smart comb/smart brush with liquid containment chamber of claim (1) wherein the holes are positioned in pair.

7. The combined all comb/all brush with liquid containment chamber of claim 1), wherein the bristles/tine are made from durable scalp tolerant plastics that does not bruise the scalps and provide proper and adequate results during usage.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTIONS

[0019] IN FIG. 1, the invention discloses a perspective view of smart brush/smart comb which comprises of the handle (1), the lid cover for liquid compartment (2), through which liquid hair products such as shampoo, conditioners and liquid relaxers can be poured in. The liquid compartment chamber (5) that serves as storage for liquid hair products such as shampoo, conditioners and liquid relaxers, the holes (3), through which the liquid comes out during usage, and the bristles/tine (4).

[0029] the present invention is a smart brush/smart comb that can be used interchangeably and can hold hair liquid solutions such as shampoos, liquid relaxers and other hair treatment solutions or liquid for both male and female hair care of it can be used interchangeably to solve various and multiple hair care problems, such as dying, relaxing of hair texture, conditioning of hair, hair straightening, styling and also usual combing and care. It is also used to tame stray hairs and detangle wet hair. Combs can be used to part hair for coloring, conditioning, braiding, remove pests, and for grooming an animal's fur Hair etc. Care experts recommend brushing your hair and combing your hair simultaneously. It is important to use a different approach when brushing wet hair versus dry hair to help distribute your scalp's natural oil through your hair. Brushes are also better than combs when you want to achieve a wide range of hairstyles. The invention solves the problem of prior invention by providing the option of a 2 in 1 tool that comprises of a comb and a brush for different purposes and different hairstyles options and also come with a containment chamber to contain liquid hair products such as shampoo, liquid relaxers, conditioners and other liquid treatments for hair. The present invention is made out of plastic and it is also water resistant. The bristles/tine are made from durable scalp tolerant plastics that does not bruise the scalps and provide proper and adequate results during usage. The containment chamber is also located at the top of the smart comb/smart brush therefore providing easy usage as it is not necessary to squeeze the handle to dispense liquid, this makes it more convenient to use and prevents liquid from getting stuck in the handle.
