Abstract
A pickleball racket is provided with cloth or leather and includes a body composed of a base material layer and two panels. The panels are respectively superimposed on both surfaces of the base material layer. An outer peripheral surface of the body is wrapped with a plastic strip as an edge. The body includes a racket body and a handle integrally connected to the racket body. An outer surface of each panel is covered with cloth or leather as a frameless edge. The frameless edge can be wrapped with the leather or the cloth. The cloth or the leather is located on an outer surface of the racket body. By covering the outer surfaces of the two panels with the cloth or the leather, the cloth or the leather is located on the outer surface of the racket body.
Claims
1. A pickleball racket with cloth or leather, comprising a body composed of a base material layer and two panels, wherein the two panels are respectively superimposed on both surfaces of the base material layer, an outer peripheral surface of the body is wrapped with a plastic strip as an edge, and the body includes a racket body and a handle integrally connected with the racket body; wherein an outer surface of each of the two panels is covered with cloth or leather, and the cloth or the leather is located on an outer surface of the racket body.
2. The pickleball racket with the cloth or the leather of claim 1, wherein the cloth or the leather is bonded and fixed on the outer surface of each of the two panels through glue.
3. The pickleball racket with the cloth or the leather of claim 1, wherein a pattern layer is printed on the cloth or the leather.
4. The pickleball racket with the cloth or the leather of claim 1, wherein the base material layer is made of a cellular material.
5. The pickleball racket with the cloth or the leather of claim 1, wherein each of two panels is a fiberglass panel or a carbon fiber panel.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0016]
[0017] The body 10 is composed of a base material layer 101 and two panels 102. The two panels 102 are respectively superimposed on both surfaces of the base material layer 101. An outer peripheral surface of the body 10 is wrapped with a plastic strip 103 as an edge. In this embodiment, the base material layer 101 is made of a cellular material. Each of the two panels 102 is a fiberglass panel or a carbon fiber panel.
[0018] The body 10 includes a racket body 11 and a handle 12 integrally connected with the racket body 11. An outer surface of each of the two panels 102 is covered with cloth or leather 13. The cloth or the leather 13 is located on an outer surface of the racket body 11, so that the racket feels good to the touch, has better elasticity, and looks more upscale, and it also achieves a noise reduction function and better comfort. In this embodiment, the cloth or the leather 13 is bonded and fixed on the outer surface of each of the two panels 102 through glue 14, thereby making the product simple in structure and convenient for production and assembly. Moreover, a pattern layer 15 is printed on the cloth or the leather 13, making the product more aesthetically pleasing.
[0019] The manufacturing process of this embodiment is described in detail as follows.
[0020] The base material layer 101 and the two panels 102 are prepared. The two panels 102 are bonded and fixed on the two surfaces of the base material layer 101. After bonding and fixing, the cloth or the leather 13 is bonded on the outer surface of each of the two panels 102 with the glue 14, so that various patterns can be directly printed on the cloth or the leather 13 to form the pattern layer 15. Finally, the edge is formed by wrapping with the plastic strip 103, thereby increasing the hardness of the product.
[0021] The design of the invention focuses on that the outer surface of each of the two panels is covered with the cloth or the leather as a frameless edge, which can also be wrapped with the leather or the cloth. The cloth or leather is located on the outer surface of the racket body to prevent the pickleball from directly colliding with the panels, thereby effectively reducing noise, and achieving the noise reduction effect. Meanwhile, the product is more aesthetically pleasing and more comfortable, looks more upscale, and feels better to the touch.
