It is to be understood that these examples are only intended to describe the present disclosure, rather than to limit the scope of the present disclosure. In addition, it is to be understood that various changes and modifications can be made to the present disclosure by those skilled in the art after reading the contents of the present disclosure, and these equivalent forms also fall within the scope defined by the appended claims of the present disclosure.

    EXAMPLES

[0030] A multifunctional temperature-adaptable yam is prepared from 20-30% of a temperature-adaptable fiber, 20-30% of an antibacterial fiber and 40-60% of a cotton fiber in mass percentage by blending. The cotton fiber is a short fiber having a length of 10-50 cm. The multifunctional temperature-adaptable yarn has a linear density of 18-45 tex, a single yarn breaking strength of 12.5-12.8 cN/tex, a single yarn breaking strength coefficient of variation (Cv) of 11.5-12.5%, and a coefficient of variation of mass (CVm) of 11.3-11.4%.

[0031] A preparation method of a multifunctional temperature-adaptable yarn includes the following steps: [0032] S1, pretreatment of fibers: raw materials temperature-adaptable fiber, antibacterial fiber and cotton fiber in proportions are selected, then wetted with an antistatic agent solution for a certain time, and after uniform permeation of the antistatic agent, the fiber raw materials are dried until a moisture regain A.sub.1 of the temperature-adaptable fiber and the antibacterial fiber is 1-1.5% and a moisture regain A.sub.2 of the cotton fiber is 2-4%. In this example, the time for wetting is preferably 24 hours. [0033] S2, opening and picking: the raw materials temperature-adaptable fiber, antibacterial fiber and cotton fiber are subjected to opening and impurity removal, respectively. This step is performed under a relative humidity of 25-45% and a temperature of 22? C. to 30? C. A beater speed during opening is 680-800 r/min. [0034] S3, wetting: the fiber raw materials are wetted after opening and picking so that the moisture regain B.sub.1 of the temperature-adaptable fiber and the antibacterial fiber is 2-3% and the moisture regain B.sub.2 of the cotton fiber is 6-7%. [0035] S4, mixing and coiling: the temperature-adaptable fiber, the antibacterial fiber and the cotton fiber are well mixed into a cotton roll. This step is performed under a relative humidity of 55-70% and a temperature of 25? C. to 38? C. A beater speed during mixing is 400-460 r/min, and the coiled cotton roll has a specified weight of 100-360 g/m and a length of 25-50 m. [0036] S5, carding and slivering: the cotton roll is carded into mixed card slivers by a carding machine with the following process parameters: a relative air humidity of 55-70%, a cylinder speed of 300-350 r/min, a licker-in speed of 720-780 r/min, a doffer speed of 15-25 r/min, and a specified weight of the mixed card sliver of 20-25 g/5 m. [0037] S6, drawing: the mixed card slivers are prepared into a mixed drawn sliver through three passes of drawing with a relative air humidity of 55-70%; and each pass of drawing is performed, with a linear speed of front roller of 160-260 m/min, a roller gauge of 8 mm?6 mm?14 mm 4-8 mixed card slivers, a total draft multiple of 6.5-10.0, and a specified weight of the mixed drawn sliver of 15-18 g/5 m. [0038] S7, roving: the mixed drawn sliver is formed into a rove, with a relative air humidity of 55-70%, a spindle speed of 500-800 r/min, a total draft multiple of 7.0-10.0, a specified rove weight of 3-7.5 g/10 m, and a roving twist factor of 80-100. [0039] S8, fine spinning: the rove is spun into a spun yarn on a spinning frame, with a relative air humidity of 60-70%, a speed of 8000-11000 r/min, a total draft multiple of 16-55, a specified spun yam weight of 1.1-5.9 g/100 m, and a twist factor of 300-380. [0040] S9, winding: the spun yarn is wound into a cone yarn on an automatic winder; and during winding, a relative air humidity is 60-70%, and a winding speed is 700-1600 m/min.

[0041] The multifunctional temperature-adaptable yam is obtained through the above-mentioned steps. A knitted fabric or a woven fabric prepared from the multifunctional temperature-adaptable yarn is then used to produce a textile for practical use.

[0042] In this example, the temperature-adaptable fiber used is TEMPSOLUTION? constant temperature fiber purchased from Qingdao Niximi Biological Technology Co., Ltd. The antibacterial fiber used is Freshcot?-collagen fiber purchased from Qingdao Niximi Biological Technology Co., Ltd. The antistatic agent solution is selected from a 5-20 g/L aqueous solution of antistatic finishing agent SEP8260 purchased from Shanghai Herst Chemical Co., Ltd.

[0043] The cotton fiber is selected from commercially-available regular cotton fiber, which is a short fiber having a length of preferably 20-40 cm. The reason for using the short fiber is that the short fiber can be blended with other fibers more uniformly, allowing the yarn to exhibit good properties of multiple types of fibers.

[0044] The specific process parameters of S1-S4 are as shown in Table 1.

[0045] The process of S5-S9 is unified in Examples 1?4 and the comparative example according to the following standards: [0046] S5, carding and slivering: the relative air humidity is 65%; the cylinder speed is 350 r/min; the licker-in speed is 780 r/min; the doffer speed is 25 r/min; and the specified weight of the mixed card sliver is 22 g/5 m; [0047] S6, drawing: the relative air humidity is 65%; and each pass of drawing is performed with the linear speed of front roller of 200 m/min, the roller gauge of 8 mm?6 mm?14 mm, 6 mixed card slivers, the total draft multiple of 9.0, and the specified weight of the mixed drawn sliver of 16 g/5 m; [0048] S7, roving: the relative air humidity is 65%; the spindle speed is 700 r/min; the total draft multiple is 9.0; the specified rove weight is 6.5 g/10 m; and the roving twist factor is 90; [0049] S8, fine spinning: the relative air humidity is 65%; the speed is 10000 r/min; the total draft multiple is 45; the specified spun yarn weight is 4.6 g/100 m; and the twist factor is 360; [0050] S9, winding: the relative air humidity is 65%, and the winding speed is 1350 m/min.

[0051] The blended yam is tested according to GB/T 3916-1997 and GB/T 3292.1-2008, and test results are as shown in Table 2. The results indicate that in the case of using 50% of the functional fiber, the multifunctional temperature-adaptable yarn obtained in the present disclosure has significantly better physical properties than a regular multifunctional blended yarn.
