DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
[0020] The present invention overcomes the aforesaid drawbacks of the above, and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention will now be described in greater detail. Also, the following description includes various specific details and are to be regarded as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that: without departing from the scope and spirit of the present disclosure and its various embodiments there may be any number of changes and modifications described herein. Furthermore, the playing Element pieces for the game are termed elements or playing pieces throughout the specification. However, the meaning remains the same.
[0021] According to one embodiment of the invention, the game device has a planer base of rectangular box. The box has top wall, side walls and end walls and the said side and end walls are secured at their lower edges to the corresponding edges of base by any suitable fastener including but not limited to screw. The playing board consists of a pair of rectangular, vertically spaced apart and horizontally coextensive sheets of an insulating material, said sheets extending longitudinally of the housing below top wall thereof.
[0022] According to one embodiment, the playing board carries a series of pegs in the portion thereof disposed beneath and viewable on the bottom grid and a series of like indicator pegs in the portion thereof disposed beneath and viewable from the top grid. Each of said pegs comprises a hollow tube, closed at its upper end, made of a transparent or translucent plastic or other suitable material, said tube being guided for vertical sliding movement in a hole provided therefor in sheet, and a hole provided thereof on the playing elements.
[0023] According to
[0024] According to
[0025]
[0026] According to one embodiment, before the game starts, each opponent secretly places their own five playing pieces 306, 307, 308, 309 and 310 on the grid (lower part of the board) by laying out their five playing pieces and putting them into the peg holes 303 on the grid. Each element must be placed horizontally or vertically across grid spaces-not diagonally. The Playing pieces can't hang off the grid. According to one embodiment, the playing pieces can touch each other, but they cannot occupy the same grid space. Moreover, the playing pieces once placed cannot change the location after the game begins. According to one embodiment, the grid has numbers and letters written on the grid wall for the coordinates 304. The same numbers and letters are written on the bottom grid for the coordinates 305.
[0027] According to one embodiment, the players take turns calling out the coordinates to attempt to hit the opponent's elements. The coordinates spoken by the players identifies rows and column on the target grid on the lower part 302. The other player who is sitting opposite to the speaking player checks those coordinates on their grid and verbally response YES if the player has correctly guessed a space that is occupied by the element, or NO if you there is no element there. According to one embodiment, each of the players attempts are marked to fire using the target grid which is the upper part of the grid by using different coloured pegs to remember the YESSES and NOS, As the game proceeds, the desired coloured pegs will gradually identify the size and location of the opponent's elements.
[0028] According to one embodiment, when the opponent player selects a peg at the other player, the player will have to put a peg into the hole of the element corresponding to the grid space. When the playing pieces has every slot filled with the pegs, that player will announce to the opposite player when the playing pieces are captured. The first player to have all the playing pieces of the opposite party wins the game.
[0029] According to
[0030] According to one embodiment, the object of the game is to first capture all the opponents elements.
