Abstract
Provided is an indexing processing machine, including: an index table having a rotation center, a workpiece being attachable to the index table at multiple index positions; and one or more processing machines selected from the group of a front processing machine, a top processing machine, and a side processing machine, the one or more processing machines disposed at least two of the multiple index positions.
Claims
1. An indexing processing machine (10), comprising: an index table (13) having a rotation center (1), a workpiece (2) being attachable to the index table (13) at multiple index positions (3, 4, 5, 6); and one or more processing machines (20, 60, 80) selected from the group of a front processing machine (20), a top processing machine (60), and a side processing machine (80), the one or more processing machines (20, 60, 80) disposed at least two of the multiple index positions (3, 4, 5, 6), the front processing machine (20) disposed at a front as viewed from the rotation center (1) toward the multiple index positions (3, 4, 5, 6), the front processing machine (20) including, a left and right pair of front vertical guides (23), a first front beam (251, 252) disposed between the pair of the front vertical guides (23) in a vertically movable manner, a pair of first front lateral guides (311) disposed on the first front beam (251, 252), and a first front unit processing machine (401) including, a first front unit body (411) disposed on the pair of the first front lateral guides (311) in a laterally movable manner, and a first front spindle (531) to which a tip tool is attachable, the first front spindle (531) disposed on the first front unit body (411) in an axially reciprocable manner, the top processing machine (60) disposed above the workpiece (2) as viewed from the rotation center (1) toward the multiple index positions (3, 4, 5, 6), the top processing machine (60) including, a left and right pair of top front-rear guides (62) extending in a front- rear direction, a top beam (69) extending across the pair of the top front-rear guides (62) in a movable manner in the front-rear direction, a pair of top lateral guides (71) disposed on the top beam (69), and a first top unit processing machine (405) including, a first top unit body (415) disposed on the top lateral guide (71) in a laterally movable manner, and a first top spindle (535) to which the tip tool is attachable, the first top spindle (535) disposed on the first top unit body (415) in an axially reciprocable manner, the side processing machine (80) disposed at a side of the workpiece (2) as viewed from the rotation center (1) toward the multiple index positions (3, 4, 5, 6), the side processing machine (80) including, an upper and lower pair of side front-rear guides (82) extending in the front-rear direction, a moving column (87) having both ends supported with the pair of the side front-rear guides (82) in a movable manner in the front-rear direction, a pair of side vertical guides (89) disposed on the moving column (87), and a first side unit processing machine (407) including, a first side unit body (417) disposed on the pair of the side vertical guides (89) in a vertically movable manner, and a first side spindle (537) to which the tip tool is attachable, the first side spindle (537) disposed on the first side unit body (417) in an axially reciprocable manner.

The indexing processing machine (10) according to claim 1, wherein the front processing machine (20) includes a second front unit processing machine (402) disposed leftward of the first front unit processing machine (401), the second front unit processing machine (402) including, a second front unit body (412) disposed on the pair of the first front lateral guides (311) in a laterally movable manner, and a second front spindle (532) to which a tip tool is attachable, the second front spindle (532) disposed on the second front unit body (412) in an axially reciprocable manner.

The indexing processing machine (10) according to claim 2, wherein the front processing machine (20) includes a first front lateral fixed side feeding device (331) disposed on the first front beam (251), a first front lateral moving side feeding device (351) disposed on the first front unit body (411), the first front lateral moving side feeding device (351) configured to move integrally with the first front unit processing machine (401) in association with the first front lateral fixed side feeding device (331), and a second front lateral moving side feeding device (352) disposed on the second front unit body (412), the second front lateral moving side feeding device (352) configured to move integrally with the second front unit processing machine (402) in association with the first front lateral fixed side feeding device (331).

The indexing processing machine (10) according to claim 1, wherein the front processing machine (20) includes a second front beam (252) disposed between the pair of the front vertical guides (23) and below the first front beam (251) in a vertically movable manner, a pair of second front lateral guides (312) disposed on the second front beam (252), and a third front unit processing machine (403) including, a third front unit body (413) disposed on the pair of the second front lateral guides (312) in a laterally movable manner, and a third front spindle (533) to which a tip tool is attachable, the third front spindle (533) disposed on the third front unit body (413) in an axially reciprocable manner.

The indexing processing machine (10) according to claim 4, wherein the front processing machine (20) includes a fourth front unit processing machine (404) disposed leftward of the third front unit processing machine (403), the fourth front unit processing machine (404) including a fourth front unit body (414) disposed on the pair of the second front lateral guides (312) in a laterally movable manner, and a fourth front spindle (534) to which a tip tool is attachable, the fourth front spindle (534) disposed on the fourth front unit body (412) in an axially reciprocable manner.

The indexing processing machine (10) according to claim 5, wherein the front processing machine (20) includes a second front lateral fixed side feeding device (332) disposed on the second front beam (252), a third front lateral moving side feeding device (353) disposed on the third front unit body (413), the third front lateral moving side feeding device (353) configured to move integrally with the third front unit processing machine (403) in association with the second front lateral fixed side feeding device (332), and a fourth front lateral moving side feeding device (354) disposed on the fourth front unit body (414), the fourth front lateral moving side feeding device (354) configured to move integrally with the fourth front unit processing machine (404) in association with the second front lateral fixed side feeding device (332).
7. The indexing processing machine (10) according to claim 1, wherein the first front unit processing machine (401) is disposed below the first front beam (251).
8. The indexing processing machine (10) according to claim 7, wherein the third front unit processing machine (403) is disposed above the second front beam (252).

The indexing processing machine (10) according to claim 1, wherein the top processing machine (60) includes a second top unit processing machine (406) disposed on the left of the first top unit processing machine (405), the second top unit processing machine (406) including, a second top unit body (416) disposed on the top lateral guide (71) in a laterally movable manner, and a second top spindle (536) to which the tip tool is attachable, the second top spindle (536) disposed on the second top unit body (416) in an axially reciprocable manner.
10. The indexing processing machine (10) according to claim 9, wherein the top processing machine (60) includes a top lateral fixed side feeding device (73) disposed on the top beam (69), a first top lateral moving side feeding device (751) disposed on the first top unit body (415), the first top lateral moving side feeding device (751) configured to move integrally with the first top unit processing machine (405) in association with the top lateral fixed side feeding device (73), and a second top lateral moving side feeding device (752) disposed on the second top unit body (416), the second top lateral moving side feeding device (752) configured to move integrally with the second top unit processing machine (406) in association with the top lateral fixed side feeding device (73).
11. The indexing processing machine (10) according to claim 1, wherein the side processing machine (80) includes a second side unit processing machine (408) disposed above the first side unit processing machine (407), second side unit processing machine (408) including, a second side unit body (418) disposed on the pair of the side vertical guides (89) in a vertically movable manner, and a second side spindle (538) to which the tip tool is attachable, the second side spindle (538) disposed on the second side unit body (418) in an axially reciprocable manner.

The indexing processing machine (10) according to claim 11, wherein the side processing machine (80) includes a side vertical fixed side feeding device (91) disposed on the moving column (87), a first side vertical moving side feeding device (931) disposed on the first side unit body (417), the first side vertical moving side feeding device (931) configured to move integrally with the first side unit processing machine (407) in association with the side vertical fixed side feeding device (91), and a second side vertical moving side feeding device (932) disposed on the second side unit body (418), the second side vertical moving side feeding device (932) configured to move integrally with the second side unit processing machine (408) in association with the side vertical fixed side feeding device (91).

The indexing processing machine (10) according to claim 2, wherein the front processing machine (20) includes a second front beam (252) disposed between the pair of the front vertical guides (23) and below the first front beam (251) in a vertically movable manner, a pair of second front lateral guides (312) disposed on the second front beam (252), and a third front unit processing machine (403) including, a third front unit body (413) disposed on the pair of the second front lateral guides (312) in a laterally movable manner, and a third front spindle (533) to which a tip tool is attachable, the third front spindle (533) disposed on the third front unit body (413) in an axially reciprocable manner.

The indexing processing machine (10) according to claim 3, wherein the front processing machine (20) includes a second front beam (252) disposed between the pair of the front vertical guides (23) and below the first front beam (251) in a vertically movable manner, a pair of second front lateral guides (312) disposed on the second front beam (252), and a third front unit processing machine (403) including, a third front unit body (413) disposed on the pair of the second front lateral guides (312) in a laterally movable manner, and a third front spindle (533) to which a tip tool is attachable, the third front spindle (533) disposed on the third front unit body (413) in an axially reciprocable manner.
15. The indexing processing machine (10) according to claim 2, wherein the first front unit processing machine (401) is disposed below the first front beam (251).
16. The indexing processing machine (10) according to claim 3, wherein the first front unit processing machine (401) is disposed below the first front beam (251).
17. The indexing processing machine (10) according to claim 4, wherein the first front unit processing machine (401) is disposed below the first front beam (251).
