DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DISCLOSED EMBODIMENTS
[0018] In the following detailed description, for purpose of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the disclosed embodiments. It will be apparent, however, that one or more embodiments may be practiced without these specific details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices are schematically shown in order to simplify the drawing.
[0019] Refer to
[0020] The hood 1 comprises 1: a forehead flap 1, an occiput guard 12, a left guard 13 and a right guard 14. The forehead flap 11 and the occiput guard 12 are connected to each other, and the left guard 13 and the right guard 14 extend forward along two sides of the occiput guard 12 respectively, so that the hood 1 forms an accommodating space 15 with a downward opening to accommodate a user's head. The central area of the occiput guard 12 is made of a harder or thicker material to support the overall shape. The forehead flap 11, the left and right guards 13, 14 are made of a soft cloth, and can be folded to attach to the occiput guard 12 in a flat state for easy storage when not in use.
[0021] In the present embodiment, the hood 1 is made of two pieces of cloth. For example, the forehead flap 11 is a single piece of cloth, and the left guard 13, the right guard 14 and the occiput guard 12 are formed of the other cloth. A thicker or harder cloth is added at a part of the occiput guard 12, but it is not limited thereto. For example, the forehead flap 11 and the occiput guard 12 are divided into two pieces in the middle. Each piece comprises a left guard 13 or a right guard 14, respectively, which is relatively simple to manufacture.
[0022] The affixing set 2 is at least one of the Velcro fastener or the rubber soft magnetic piece. In the present embodiment, the Velcro fastener comprises a first adhesive member 21 and a second adhesive member 22. The first adhesive member 21 is a disposed at a side surface near the edge of the left guard 13, and the second adhesive member 22 is disposed at the other side surface near the edge of the right guard 14. When the first adhesive member 21 is attached to the first adhesive member 22, the edges of the left guard 13 and the right guard 14 can be connected and fastened at the user's chin area. In addition, affixing set 2 may also be a rubber soft magnetic piece, which is hidden in the inner lining of the left guard 13 and the right guard 14 by sewing, and is connected by magnetic attraction. In the present invention, when the external force exceeding a threshold is applied, the sticker assembly 2 can release the attachment. As such, in an emergency braking, the left guard 13 and the right guard 14 will be separated, instead of sliding downward to the neck of the user.
[0023] The strap 3 is used for wrapping or engaged to a place to be fixed, and is used for fixing to a headrest of a seat in the present embodiment. The strap 3 is partially engaged to the occiput guard 12. In the present embodiment, the strap 3 is a ring-shaped elastic band, and the strap 3 can be placed directly on the headrest after being stretched to enable easy installation and removal from the seat.
