Artificial Flower that Attaches to a Vehicle

Abstract

An artificial flower that attaches to the neck of the side view mirror of a vehicle. The artificial flower attaches to a clamp that attaches to a strap. The strap is secured to the neck of the side view mirror via a fastener. The artificial flower is made of a polymer or of an equally resistant material.

Claims

1. An artificial flower that attaches to the neck of the side view mirror of a vehicle, the artificial flower comprises: a capture clamp, the capture clamp has a left and a right clamp securing portion, each securing portion has an interior, an exterior and a lower side, the interior sides of the clamps have at least two ribs that extend outward so that when the left and right clamp securing portions are joined together the ribs will be flush upon each other, the lower side of each clamp shall define a hook that extends toward the exterior of each clamp and each hook has an inner portion, each hooks inner portion is designed to run flush with the inner portion of the other hook, each clamp securing portion defines a tension screw receiver in the interior side of each clamp securing portion and a tension screw through hole; a strap that defines a plurality of through holes; and an artificial flower that has a stem section, the stem section is inserted between the left and right clamp securing portions so that the stem section of the artificial flower is secured by the ribs of the clamps when the left and right clamp securing portions interior sides are flush with each other, after the interior clamp securing portions being flush with each other, then securing the left and right clamp securing portions together with a pair of tension screws that are inserted through the tension screw through holes of each clamp securing portion and that are screwed into the tension screw receivers, after the clamps securing portions are secured to each other, the hooks of the clamps are inserted through the through holes of the strap; and a fastener that is placed trough two through holes of the strap after the strap is secured around the neck of the side view mirror of a vehicle.

2. The artificial flower that attaches to the neck of the side view mirror of a vehicle of claim 2, wherein the flower is made of a polymer.

DESCRIPTION

[0018] The present invention, referenced in FIGS. 1-2 is an artificial flower that attaches to the side view mirror of a vehicle. The artificial flower comprises of a capture clamp 10, the capture clamp has a left 10a and a right clamp securing portion 10b, each securing portion 10a-10b has an interior 10c, an exterior 10d and a lower side 12, the interior sides 10c of the clamps 10 have at least two ribs 14 that extend outward so that when the left 10a and right clamp securing portions 10b are joined together the ribs 14 will be flush upon each other, the lower side of each clamp 12 shall define a hook 16 that extends toward the exterior of each clamp 10d and each hook has an inner portion 16a, each hooks inner portion 16a is designed to run flush with the inner portion 16a of the other hook 16, each clamp securing portion 10,10b defines a tension screw receiver 11 in the interior side of each clamp securing portion and a tension screw through hole 13. A strap 20 that defines a plurality of through holes 22. An artificial flower 30 that has a stem section 32, the stem section 32 is inserted between the left 10a and right clamp securing portion 10b so that the stem section 32 of the artificial flower 30 is secured by the ribs 14 of the clamp securing portion 10,10b when the left and right clamp's interior sides 10c are flush with each other, after the clamp interior sides 10c being flush with each other, then securing the left 10a and right clamp securing portions 10b together with a pair of tension screws 40, the tension screws 40 are placed through the tension screw through holes 13 of each clamp securing portion 10,10b and that are screwed into the tension screw receivers 11, after the clamp securing portions 10,10b are secured to each other, the hooks 16 of the clamps are inserted through the through holes 22 of the strap 20. And, a fastener 50, the fastener is placed trough two through holes 22 of the strap 20 after the strap 20 is secured around the neck of the side view mirror of a vehicle. The artificial flower that attaches to the neck of the side view mirror of a vehicle of claim is made of a polymer.

[0019] An advantage of the present invention is that it provides an artificial flower that attaches to the neck of the side view mirror of a vehicle that will not fly off when the vehicle is in use.
