Abstract
Modified clothing is designed for everyone but more specifically it is designed for use with individuals that may be considered special needs. Some individuals through various activities can have slippage of their clothing without the ability to control this slippage or understand that it has occurred. The present invention prevents this slippage, automatically maintaining modesty.
Claims
1. Modified clothing for avoiding exposure of lower human anatomy, said clothing comprising: a. a lower human anatomy covering, said covering having an elastic waist band; b. said covering having an additional extending material having a lower end and an upper end, said lower end being fixedly attached to said elastic waistband of said lower human anatomy covering; c. said additional extending material having an elastic band fixedly attached to said upper end.
2. Modified clothing as claimed in claim 1 wherein, in addition, there is a tightener associated with said upper end elastic band.
3. Modified clothing as claimed in claim 1 wherein the additional extending material has a length in the range of 3 to 18 inches.
4. Modified clothing as claimed in claim 1 wherein said upper elastic band has a width in the range of from 0.5 to 6 inches.
5. Modified clothing as claimed in claim 1 wherein said lower elastic band has a width in the range of from 0.25 to 5 inches.
6. Modified clothing as claimed in claim 1 wherein said lower human anatomy covering is undershorts.
7. Modified clothing as claimed in claim 1 wherein said lower human anatomy covering is walking shorts.
8. Modified clothing as claimed in claim 1 wherein said lower human anatomy covering is trousers.
9. Modified clothing as claimed in claim 1 wherein said lower human anatomy covering is swimming wear.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0015] FIG. 1 shows the trousers 22 of the modified clothing 2. The present invention is modified clothing 2 for avoiding exposure of lower human anatomy. The present invention is designed for everyone but more specifically it is designed for use with individuals that may be considered special needs. Some individuals through various activities can have slippage of their clothing without the ability to control this slippage or understand that it has occurred. It has been discovered that the modified clothing 2 gives everyone the advantage of continued modesty by its use. The modified clothing 2 comprises a lower human anatomy covering 4. This covering 4 has an elastic waist band 6 attached to the covering 4. The covering 4 has an additional extending material 8 that has a lower end 10 and an upper end 12. The lower end 10 is fixedly attached to the elastic waistband 6 of the lower human anatomy covering 4. The additional extending material 8 has an elastic band 14 fixedly attached to the upper end 12. The modified clothing 2 also can have, in addition, a tightener 16 (FIG. 2) associated with the upper end elastic band 14. The modified clothing 2 of the additional extending material 8 has a length in the range of 3 to 18 inches.
[0016] The upper elastic band 14 of the modified clothing 2, has a width in the range of from 0.5 to 6 inches. The lower elastic band 6 has a width in the range of from 0.25 to 5 inches.
[0017] It has been discovered that the use of two separate elastic waist bands, elastic waist band 6 and elastic waist band 14 prevents the slippage of the modified clothing 2.
[0018] All of the modified clothing articles can have a tightener 16 incorporated therein for extra protection from slippage.

The lower end 10 is fixedly attached to the elastic waistband 6 of the lower human anatomy covering 4. The additional extending material 8 has an elastic band 14 fixedly attached to the upper end 12. It has been discovered that the modified clothing provides an extra level of protection when also worn as an undergarment.

This article of modified clothing allows the user to exercise without fear the garment will slip exposing the lower human anatomy. Again, the tightener can be incorporated into this article of modified clothing 2.

The covering 4 has an additional extending material 8 that has a lower end 10 and an upper end 12. The lower end 10 is fixedly attached to the elastic waistband 6 of the lower human anatomy covering 4. The additional extending material 8 has an elastic band 14 fixedly attached to the upper end 12. The tightener 16 is incorporated into the swim wear to prevent slippage when the user interacts with water.
