Abstract
The present subject matter is a weightlifting device that targets different parts of the body. The types of exercises which the device improves includes push-ups, running, walking, sit-ups, and pull-ups. The present subject matter also includes a more compact version that allows for use on the wrist and ankles.
Claims
1. A weight lifting device, comprising of: a. A pair of vertical leather straps; b. A pair of horizontal leather straps; c. A pair of weight bearing straps to secure additional weight to the weight lifting device; d. A pouch with a front cover to hold weight; and e. A metal ring on the front cover.
2. The weight lifting device of claim 1, wherein the vertical straps provide vertical support additional weight.
3. The weight lifting device of claim 2, wherein the vertical straps have holes and buckles to provide vertical support of additional weight.
4. The weight lifting device of claim 1, wherein the horizontal straps provide horizontal support additional weight.
5. The weight lifting device of claim 4, wherein the horizontal straps have holes and buckles to provide horizontal support of additional weight.
6. The weight lifting device of claim 1, wherein the weight bearing straps run through the center of the weight to secure it to the weight lifting device.
7. The weight lifting device of claim 1, wherein the device is meant to be worn on the wrist or ankle.
8. The weight lifting device of claim 7, wherein the device does not have vertical straps for support.
9. The weight lifting device of claim 7, wherein the size of the device is reduced to comfortably secure additional weight to the user's wrist or ankle.
