Abstract
This presentation will introduce to you THE SLOUCHOUT chair. This documentation will detail the comforts that owning The Slouchout chair can provide. This research will display what advantages that most if not all current normal chairs, seats, and sitting apparatuses DO NOT afford. This write up will explain the correct way that is beneficial to the comfort of the human spine and body through the correct way to sit and that the spine should be position from sitting in The Slouchout chair. Sitting in The Slouchout chair can lower, lessen and avoid back, neck, hip, leg, and spine pain that can come from prolonged sitting for years in traditional chairs/seats with an incorrect posture with the spine and neck in a constant vulnerable position that is exposed and not supported.
Claims
1. The Slouchout supports the base of the back of the human skull and cervical part of the human neck.
2. The Slouchout supports the contour shape of the human spine from the cervical part to the lower lumbar tailbone region.
3. The Slouchout is adjustable by battery operated or electrical cord plug in and or manually with a lever to fit a person's height, length of their limbs, and the length of their torso.
4. According to claim 3 because The Slouchout is adjustable to fit a person's specific height, length of their limbs, and the length of their torso which also according to claim 1 and claim 2 with The Slouchout supporting the base of the back of the human skull, cervical part of the human neck, and supports the contour shape of the human spine from the cervical part to the lower lumbar tailbone region The Slouchout is and has to be collapsible and foldable into a transformed briefcase carrying apparatus for easy travel by all modes.
Description
THE SLOUCHLESS DESCRIPTION
[0005] In current traditional chairs the part of the seat that upholds the Gluteus Maximus and legs/hamstrings/back of the knee are too sharp, too straight, and too flat even in very expensive massage chairs and ergonomically correct chairs. Also, the factoring in of the natural anatomically biologically correct low hanging male testicles and genitals of the male gender are not considered and are neglected in flat, straight, sharp seats in most sitting apparatuses. The Slouchout resolves or significantly lessens leg stiffness, Gluteus Maximus numbness, need for purchases of extra sofa, seat, and chair cushions, leg and hamstring numbness, stiffness, and lethargy, back stiffness, back pain, neck stiffness, neck pain, the mashing of the hamstrings, and feet numbness.
[0006] Most chairs DO NOT properly support the arms either. The arms are left unsupported especially back, triceps, and rear deltoids. The back/rear of the deltoids and shoulder blades/upper back are left unsupported (Which over a prolonged period of time can cause a pulling down on the neck, upper back, and cervical part of the spine causing upper back to slope over into a hunch back creating permanent disfiguration from poor posture). Chairs with arm rest even when adjustable do not support forearm curvature. Chairs with arm rests even when adjustable are too short, flat, and narrow for arms especially adult sized arms and in particular male arms. A significant percentage of chairs/seating apparatuses have NO arm support. Modern day current chairs, sofas, couches home, work, school car DO NOT look at the human body or the human spine as one whole unit. Even if there is an attempt in most modern day current seated apparatuses, chairs, and sitting furniture to account for the support of the neck and back the legs and arms are neglected. (Improper support of legs can cause lower back, lumbar region of the spine and or pelvic/hip damage over a prolonged period of time of unsupported poor posture). Significant percentage of chairs even with adjustable arm rests either press the elbow up into the shoulder too high causing pain or allow the shoulders to hang low in a slanted, rounded slouched position pulling down on the upper neck and back causing a tremendous amount of pain and damage over a short period of time of poor posture.
