Abstract
A tool (toy) device that has a hollow tubular structure with a flat triangular flute attached to the end of the tube. The tubular structure constricts and directs a person's exhaled breath (air). The constriction of air increases the speed of air flow. The air is then redirected by a flute attached to the end of the tube. The flute is a triangular shape with small sides at a 90-degree angle directing the air. The flute changes the direction and shape of the exhaled air cutting off the bottom half of the air.
Claims
1. I claim the patent and rights there within to any tool (toy) of similar shape and size that is designed to direct the flow of air and debris out over a cake or other related celebratory candle holding items (cakes, muffins, cupcakes) versus normal blowing out of the candles in which saliva and debris is blown directly on to the cake: Other design potential includes: a. Various whistles and noise makers that can be added to the toy/tool b. Various decorative print options, including patterns, colors, phrases/writing, and other decorative potential c. The size of the tool can also vary for child-adult versions, including stands or a base to stabilize the tool on a table or in a person's hand/grip
Description
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0009] The tool (toy) is constructed of paper (cardboard) or light plastic material. There are two main components: [0010] a. Straw: The straw is either light plastic or paper (cardboard) rolled into a tube that is about 2-3 inches long and about inch in diameter. The exact length and diameter may fluctuate to meet manufacturer specifications, but it must be narrow enough (< inch) to operate properly (too wide of diameter and the person cannot sustain the exhalation long enough to blow out all the candles). [0011] b. Flute/tray: 1-2 inches in length with 1/4 to %2 inch sides. It is the same cardboard or light plastic material. The flute directs the air flow coming out of the straw. It comes off the straw at about a 145-degree angle. It is a triangle shape with the tip connected to the straw and two 90-degree sides extending from tip to the end of the flute.
