Abstract
An article of clothing convertible to a seat cushion allows a user to enjoy a comfortable seating experience by folding an upper-body garment into a pocket panel in order to form a seat cushion. The upper-body garment is preferably a jacket, sweater, or other similar article of clothing. The pocket panel is a piece of material sewn onto the upper-body garment in order to form a pocket. The article of clothing convertible to a seat cushion can be used in a seat-cushion configuration and a wearable configuration. The seat-cushion configuration is arranged by folding the upper-body garment into the pocket panel. The wearable configuration allows the user to wear the upper-body garment as a jacket, sweater, or other similar article of clothing.
Claims
1. An article of clothing convertible to a seat-cushion comprises: an upper-body garment; a pocket panel; the upper-body garment comprises a front section and a rear section; the front section and the rear section each comprise a top portion and a bottom portion; the pocket panel comprises a top edge, a bottom edge, a left edge, and a right edge; the pocket panel being positioned external to the upper-body garment; the top edge, the left edge, and the right edge being connected onto the top portion of the rear section; and a pocket opening being formed between the bottom edge and the top portion of the rear section.
2. The article of clothing convertible to a seat-cushion as claimed in claim 1 comprises: wherein the upper-body garment is in a seat-cushion configuration; the bottom portion of the front section being positioned in between the bottom portion of the rear section and the top portion of the front section; and the bottom portion of the rear section, the bottom portion of the front section, and the top portion of the front section being positioned in between the top portion of the rear section and the pocket panel.
3. The article of clothing convertible to a seat-cushion as claimed in claim 2 comprises: a hood; the hood being foldably connected to the top portion of the rear section, adjacent to the top edge; and the hood being positioned in between the top portion of the front section and the bottom portion of the front section.
4. The article of clothing convertible to a seat-cushion as claimed in claim 2 comprises: a pair of long sleeves; each of the pair of long sleeves being foldably connected to the upper-body garment; and each of the pair of long sleeves being positioned in between the top portion of the front section and the bottom portion of the front section.
5. The article of clothing convertible to a seat-cushion as claimed in claim 1 comprises: wherein the upper-body garment is in a wearable configuration; the front section being positioned adjacent to the rear section; the pocket panel being positioned adjacent to the rear section, opposite the front section; and the pocket opening being oriented towards the bottom portion of the rear section.
6. The article of clothing convertible to a seat-cushion as claimed in claim 5 comprises: a hood; and the hood being foldably connected to the top portion of the rear section, adjacent to the top edge.
7. The article of clothing convertible to a seat-cushion as claimed in claim 5 comprises: a pair of long sleeves; each of the pair of long sleeves being foldably connected to the upper-body garment; and the pair of long sleeves being positioned opposite to each other about the upper-body garment.
8. The article of clothing convertible to a seat-cushion as claimed in claim 1 comprises: a plurality of garment pockets; the plurality of garment pockets being connected onto the bottom portion of the front section; and the plurality of garment pockets being distributed across the bottom portion of the front section.
9. The article of clothing convertible to a seat-cushion as claimed in claim 1 comprises: at least one first design patch; and the at least one first design patch being connected onto the top portion of the front section.
10. The article of clothing convertible to a seat-cushion as claimed in claim 1 comprises: at least one second design patch; and the at least one second design patch being connected onto the pocket panel.
11. An article of clothing convertible to a seat-cushion comprises: an upper-body garment; a pocket panel; a plurality of garment pockets; at least one first design patch; at least one second design patch; the upper-body garment comprises a front section and a rear section; the front section and the rear section each comprise a top portion and a bottom portion; the pocket panel comprises a top edge, a bottom edge, a left edge, and a right edge; the pocket panel being positioned external to the upper-body garment; the top edge, the left edge, and the right edge being connected onto the top portion of the rear section; a pocket opening being formed between the bottom edge and the top portion of the rear section; the plurality of garment pockets being connected onto the bottom portion of the front section; and the plurality of garment pockets being distributed across the bottom portion of the front section. the at least one first design patch being connected onto the top portion of the front section; and the at least one second design patch being connected onto the pocket panel.
12. The article of clothing convertible to a seat-cushion as claimed in claim 11 comprises: wherein the upper-body garment is in a seat-cushion configuration; the bottom portion of the front section being positioned in between the bottom portion of the rear section and the top portion of the front section; and the bottom portion of the rear section, the bottom portion of the front section, and the top portion of the front section being positioned in between the top portion of the rear section and the pocket panel.
13. The article of clothing convertible to a seat-cushion as claimed in claim 12 comprises: a hood; the hood being foldably connected to the top portion of the rear section, adjacent to the top edge; and the hood being positioned in between the top portion of the front section and the bottom portion of the front section.

The article of clothing convertible to a seat-cushion as claimed in claim 12 comprises: a pair of long sleeves; each of the pair of long sleeves being foldably connected to the upper-body garment; and each of the pair of long sleeves being positioned in between the top portion of the front section and the bottom portion of the front section.
15. The article of clothing convertible to a seat-cushion as claimed in claim 11 comprises: wherein the upper-body garment is in a wearable configuration; the front section being positioned adjacent to the rear section; the pocket panel being positioned adjacent to the rear section, opposite the front section; and the pocket opening being oriented towards the bottom portion of the rear section.
16. The article of clothing convertible to a seat-cushion as claimed in claim 15 comprises: a hood; and the hood being foldably connected to the top portion of the rear section, adjacent to the top edge.
17. The article of clothing convertible to a seat-cushion as claimed in claim 15 comprises: a pair of long sleeves; each of the pair of long sleeves being foldably connected to the upper-body garment; and the pair of long sleeves being positioned opposite to each other about the upper-body garment.
