Abstract

A cover for a dinner plate charger made of material or fabric in a circular shape with a sewn, glued or otherwise adhered elastic band at the bottom to hold it fast around the dinner plate charger.

A cover for a dinner plate charger, the cover comprising: A circular shape, An elastic band located at a bottom of the cover, configured to insert the dinner plate charger, Wherein the cover is made of assorted materials including synthetic fibers, which are decorated, Wherein the key dimensions for manufacturing the cover balance the material elasticity, the elastomeric band elasticity (elastic modulus), the cover circumference and opening such that the cover can hold fast to the dinner plate charger without bunching, looseness or excessive deformation.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0022] Assorted materials are used to manufacture the Dinner Plate Charger Cover (FIG. 1) such as fabric or other pliable material made usually by weaving, felting, or knitting natural or synthetic fibers and filaments, also includes laces, meshes, and nets, yard goods, synthetic films and sheets, and paper products, which may be plain, colored, emitting light or sound, ornamented or decorated.

After the dinner plate charger is inserted into the Dinner Plate Charger Cover, the elastic band (FIG. 4 elastic band 4) constricts the opening into a closed position, thereby holding the dinner plate charger within the Dinner Plate Charger Cover (FIG. 7).

[0033] Multiple, interchangeable Dinner Plate Charger Covers may be used according to the host's tastes. The Dinner Plate Charger Cover is made of material or fabric which is smaller, lighter and more flexible than multiple dinner plate chargers. They can be stored easily, used more frequently, washed in the laundry and reused or inexpensively disposed.
