Abstract
A phallus positioning garment includes a body, an outer panel coupled to the body, and a positioning system coupled to the body. The positioning system is configured to position and retain a phallus.
Claims
1. A penis-positioning garment comprising a body panel configured to lie in close proximity to a pelvic region of a wearer; an outer panel coupled to the body panel; and a positioning system configured to engage a penis and provide a penis positioning means for securing the penis between a wearer's legs so that the penis remains in close relation to a perineum of the wearer.
2. The penis-positioning garment of claim 1, wherein the positioning system includes an outer waistband coupled to the outer panel to, creating an external garment portion and an inner waistband coupled to the body panel to, creating an internal garment portion coupled to the external garment portion.
3. The penis-positioning garment of claim 2, wherein the inner waistband is coupled to an inner surface of the outer waistband such that the internal garment portion is located within the external garment portion and is configured to move independent of the external garment portion.
4. The penis positioning garment of claim 3, wherein the internal garment portion is sized to be smaller than the external garment portion and is positioned within the external garment portion so that only external garment portion is visible.
5. The penis positioning garment of claim 4, wherein the external garment portion is configured to provide the appearance of a female genitalia while the internal underwear portion simultaneously secures the penis between a wearer's legs.
6. The penis positioning garment of claim 1, wherein the body panel is made of a material having a higher elasticity than the outer panel and configured to compress the penis upwardly towards the perineum such that the penis is retained adjacent to the perineum of the wearer.
7. The penis positioning garment of claim 6, wherein the body panel is spaced apart from the outer panel such that a front edge of the body panel is located below a front edge of the outer panel and the outer panel is sized to encompass the body panel such that the body panel is concealed by the outer panel.
8. The penis positioning garment of claim 3, wherein the inner waistband and the outer waistband are formed to disperse tension created by the internal garment portion.
9. The penis positioning garment of claim 8, wherein the outer waistband and inner waistband cooperate to retain the penis positioning garment on the wearer despite the tension created by the internal garment portion.
10. The penis positioning garment of claim 2, wherein the internal underwear portion is removeably coupled to the external underwear portion such that a plurality of differently sized internal underwear portions are formed to couple to the external underwear portion.
11. A prosthetic penis positioning garment, the garment comprising a body panel configured to lie in close relation to a pelvic region of a wearer; an outer panel coupled to the body panel and having a surface facing inwardly towards the body panel; and a positioning system coupled to the body panel and configured to engage a prosthetic penis and provide a prosthetic penis positioning means for positioning the prosthetic penis in close proximity to the pelvic region of the wearer so that the prosthetic penis remains in contact with or in closely confronting relation to the pelvic region of the wearer.
12. The prosthetic penis positioning garment of claim 11, wherein the positioning system includes an inner panel coupled to the body panel, a middle panel coupled to the inner panel and configured to engage a base of the prosthetic penis, and a base pocket formed from the interaction of the body panel and the middle panel.
13. The prosthetic penis positioning garment of claim 12, wherein the positioning system further includes a shaft pocket formed from the interaction of the inner panel and the outer panel and configured to receive a shaft of the prosthetic penis.
14. The prosthetic penis positioning garment of claim 12, wherein the body panel includes a waistband and at least two leg panels coupled to the waistband, the at least two leg panels coupled to the inner panel of the positioning system and configured to lie in close proximity to the pelvic region of the wearer.
15. The prosthetic penis positioning garment of claim 13, wherein the shaft pocket is configured to receive the prosthetic penis through a shaft-pocket access formed by accessibly coupling the body panel to the inner panel and coupling the body panel to the outer panel such that a top edge of the body panel and the top edge of the outer panel remain uncoupled.
16. The prosthetic penis positioning garment of claim 12, wherein the base pocket is configured to receive the base of the prosthetic penis through a base-pocket access formed by accessibly coupling the middle panel to the inner panel such that a top edge of the middle panel remains uncoupled to the inner panel.
17. The prosthetic penis positioning garment of claim 13, wherein the shaft pocket and the base pocket are configured to engage and retain the prosthetic penis simultaneously.
18. The prosthetic penis positioning garment of claim 17, wherein the base pocket is formed from a material having a substantially higher elasticity than the shaft pocket and is configured to compress the base of the prosthetic penis inwardly towards the pelvic region of the wearer such that the prosthetic penis is retained adjacent to the pelvic region of the wearer.
19. The prosthetic penis positioning garment of claim 12, wherein the middle panel is sized to be smaller than the inner panel and the outer panel.
20. The prosthetic penis positioning garment of claim 19, wherein the inner panel and the middle panel are formed form a material having a higher elasticity than the outer panel.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0034] A garment 12 in accordance with the present disclosure is adapted to be worn for positioning and securing a congenital penis 34 when a wearer 10 places the congenital penis 34 and a pair of congenital testicles 36 in a tucked position as shown in
[0035] The perineum is an anatomical element of a human and is the surface region defined by a pubic symphysis (pubic arch) (not shown by known), a coccyx (tail bone) (not shown but known), an inferior rami of the pubis and ischial tuberosity (not shown but known), a pelvic floor (not shown but known), and the skin/fascia (not shown but known). It is positioned between a pelvic diaphragm and between the legs 38, and, illustratively, is a diamond-shaped area that extends between an anus (not known but shown) and the congenital testicles 36. As mentioned above, the congenital penis 34 is positioned against the skin defining the outer surface of the perineum such that it remains in substantial contact with the perineum upon use of the garment 12 after positioning.

In creating the body panel 14 from resiliently elastic material such that the body panel 14 is form-fitting and creating the outer panel 16 from a material, or combination of materials, with less elasticity than that of the resiliently elastic material used to form the body panel 14, the garment 12 is configured to allow for movement of the wearer 10 while still maintaining the congenital penis 34 and testicles 36 in the tucked position. This allows for congenital males to transition between presenting as having male genitalia and having female genitalia. This is accomplished by the varying elasticity of the materials used to form the body panel 14 and the outer panel 16. Since the outer panel 16 is made of looser fitting material, the body panel 14 is hidden from view so that the outer panel 16 appears generally flat and similar to female genitalia. The presentation of female genitalia is maintained throughout the time the congenital male wears the garment 12 such that even when the congenital male is clothed only in the garment 12, he/she/they presents has having female genitalia and the congenital penis 34 and testicles 36 remain positioned in the tucked position. This is true whether the congenital male is sedentary or active as the form-fitting material is configured to maintain upward pressure on the congenital penis 34 and testicles 36 such that neither the congenital penis 34 nor testicles 36 may move from the tucked position.

The wearer 10 then secures the congenital penis 34 in the tucked position by using the garment 12. To secure the congenital penis 34, the garment 12 is placed onto the pelvic region 32 of the wearer 10 such that the internal garment portion 62 engages the congenital penis 34. The size and high elasticity of the material forming the internal garment portion 62 allows for the internal garment portion 62 to engage the congenital penis 34 tightly against the wearer's perineum such that the congenital testicles 36 are retained within the inguinal canal and the congenital penis 34 is secured between the wearer's legs 38. Since the outer panel 216 is made of a looser fitting material, the middle panel 278 is hidden from view such that the outer panel 216 appears to have a bulge 70 indicative of and similar to male genitalia. The presentation of male genitalia is maintained throughout the time the congenital female wears the garment 212 such that even when the congenital female is clothed only in the garment 212, he/she/they presents has having male genitalia and the prosthetic penis 234 and prosthetic testicles 236 remain positioned in the packing position. This is true whether the congenital female is sedentary or active as the form-fitting material of the middle panel 278 is configured to maintain pressure on the prosthetic penis 234 and prosthetic testicles 236 such that neither the prosthetic penis 234 nor testicles 236 may move from the packing position.

To position the prosthetic penis 234, the wearer 210 first steps into the garment 212 such that the garment 212 is positioned so that each leg panel 274 is encircling one of the wearer's legs 38, the waistband 272 is located substantially on or near the wearer's hip region 42, and the inner panel 224 is located in close relation to the wearer's pelvic region 232.
[0061] Once the garment 212 is positioned as described above, the wearer 210 inserts the prosthetic penis 234 into the shaft pocket 276 through the shaft-pocket opening 275 formed by the inner panel 224 and the outer panel 216. Illustratively, the prosthetic penis 234 may only be accessed by the wearer 210 through the shaft-pocket opening 275. The wearer 210 then places the base 236 of the prosthetic penis 234 into the base pocket 280 through the base-pocket opening 279 formed by the inner panel 224 and the middle panel 278. As discussed above, the base pocket 280 is configured to retain the base 236 of the prosthetic penis 234 in a desired position. Illustratively, the base pocket 280 is formed from an elastic material and sized to be smaller than the inner panel 224 and the outer panel 216. The base pocket 280 engages the base 236 such that the prosthetic penis 234 is restrained from unwanted movement while still allowing for slight, natural movement of the shaft 282 that mimics movement of a congenital penis 34. Upon positioning the base 236 into the base pocket 280, the shaft 282 is free to extend through the base-pocket opening 279 and into the shaft pocket 276. The wearer 210 may now arrange the shaft 282 such that the wearer's desired look is created.
[0062] A variety of prosthetic penises 234 may be used with the garment 212. The prosthetic penises 234 may be made of silicone, non-silicone, a combination of silicone and non-silicone material, or any other material contemplated by one skilled in the art. Further, the prosthetic penises 234 may incorporate stand-to-pee functionality or be formed for a particular purpose: soft packing (a prosthetic penis 234 that cannot be used for sexual penetration) or hard packing (a prosthetic penis 234 that can be used for sexual penetration).
