Abstract
A palette for dispensing at least one cosmetic-product thereon is disclosed herein. The palette for dispensing at least one cosmetic-product thereon includes a palette-body being made from a glass-material and a cosmetic-product receiving-surface configured to receive the at least one cosmetic-product. The palette for dispensing at least one cosmetic-product thereon is useful for providing a sanitary, no-mess palette for dispensing cosmetics onto.
Claims
1. A palette for dispensing at least one cosmetic-product thereon, the palette comprising: a palette-body being made from a glass-material, the palette-body including a first flat-surface, a second flat-surface opposite the first flat-surface and a thickness therebetween; and wherein at least one of the first flat-surface and the second-flat surface includes a cosmetic-product receiving-surface configured to receive the at least one cosmetic-product; and wherein said palette for dispensing at least one cosmetic-product thereon is readily portable and structured and arranged to promote ease of access to said at least one cosmetic-product for dispensing said at least one cosmetic-product and minimizing loss of said at least one cosmetic-product during application.
2. The palette of claim 1, wherein the palette-body comprises a round-shape.
3. The palette of claim 2, wherein the palette-body comprises a diameter of at least four inches.
4. The palette of claim 3, wherein the palette-body comprises a thickness of at least one centimeter.
5. The palette of claim 1, wherein the cosmetic-product receiving-surface includes antibacterial properties thereon configured to provide sanitation to the cosmetic-product receiving-surface.
6. The palette of claim 5, wherein the cosmetic-product receiving-surface includes antimicrobial-properties configured to provide the sanitation to the cosmetic-product receiving-surface.
7. The palette of claim 1, wherein the cosmetic-product receiving-surface includes a smooth-surface configured to prevent the at least one cosmetic-product from becoming trapped.
8. The palette of claim 7, wherein the smooth-surface is stain-resistant.
9. The palette of claim 8, wherein the smooth-surface is non-absorbent.
10. The palette of claim 1, wherein the palette-body comprises a square-shape.
11. The palette of claim 1, wherein the palette-body comprises a rectangular-shape.
12. The palette of claim 1, wherein the at least one cosmetic-product is a liquid-cosmetic.
13. The palette of claim 1, wherein at least one of the first flat-surface and second flat-surface further includes a mixing-surface.
14. The palette of claim 13, wherein the mixing-surface is configured to receive at least two cosmetics and provide a means to independently mix the at least two cosmetics.
15. The palette of claim 14, further comprising a mixing-tool for mixing the at least one two cosmetics.
16. The palette of claim 1, wherein at least one of the first flat-surface and the second flat-surface further includes a cosmetic-application surface configured for application of the at least one cosmetic-product to the face.
17. The palette of claim 16, wherein the cosmetic-application surface further includes a plurality of raised-areas configured to aid in the application of the at least one cosmetic-product to the face.
18. A palette for dispensing at least one cosmetic-product thereon, the palette comprising: a palette-body being made from a glass-material, the palette-body including a first flat-surface, a second flat-surface opposite the first flat-surface and a thickness therebetween; and wherein at least one of the first flat-surface and the second-flat surface includes a cosmetic-product receiving-surface configured to receive the at least one cosmetic-product; and wherein the palette-body comprises a round-shape; wherein the palette-body comprises a diameter of at least four inches; wherein the palette-body comprises a thickness of at least one centimeter; wherein the cosmetic-product receiving-surface includes antibacterial properties thereon configured to provide sanitation to the cosmetic-product receiving-surface; wherein the cosmetic-product receiving-surface includes antimicrobial-properties configured to provide the sanitation to the cosmetic-product receiving-surface; wherein the cosmetic-product receiving-surface includes a smooth-surface configured to prevent the at least one cosmetic-product from becoming trapped; wherein the smooth-surface is stain-resistant; wherein the smooth-surface is non-absorbent; wherein the at least one cosmetic-product is a liquid-cosmetic; wherein at least one of the first flat-surface and second flat-surface further includes a mixing-surface; wherein the mixing-surface is configured to receive at least two cosmetics and provide a means to mix the at least two cosmetics; and wherein the palette further comprises a mixing-tool for mixing the at least one two cosmetics.
19. The palette of claim 17, further comprising set of instructions; and wherein the palette is arranged as a kit.
20. A method of using a palette for dispensing at least one cosmetic-product thereon, the method comprising the steps of: providing the palette for dispensing the at least one cosmetic-product thereon, the palette including: a palette-body being made from a glass-material, the palette-body including a first flat-surface, a second flat-surface opposite the first flat-surface and a thickness therebetween; and wherein at least one of the first flat-surface and the second-flat surface includes a cosmetic-product receiving-surface configured to receive the at least one cosmetic-product; dispensing the at least one cosmetic-product onto the cosmetic-product receiving-surface; and applying the at least one cosmetic-product to a face of a user.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0018] As discussed above, embodiments of the present disclosure relate to cosmetics and more particularly to a makeup palette as used to improve the palette for dispensing cosmetics thereon.
[0019] Generally, disclosed is a palette to provide a smooth surface to dispense makeup onto, particularly liquid makeup such as foundation. The palette may be made from glass to provide a sanitary surface with no absorption properties so as to prevent waste of the makeup.

[0022] According to one embodiment, the palette 100 may be arranged as a kit 105. The kit 105 may include set of user instructions 107. The instructions 107 may detail functional relationships in relation to the structure of the palette 100 (such that the palette 100 can be used, maintained, or the like, in a preferred manner).

In this embodiment, the cosmetic-product 5 receiving-surface 120 may include a smooth-surface configured to prevent the at least one cosmetic-product 5 from becoming trapped in the first flat-surface 112 or the second flat-surface 114 to minimize waste. Further, to minimize waste, the glass-material cosmetic-product 5 receiving-surface 120 may non-absorbent. The glass-material may be chosen as such to prevent any absorption of the at least one cosmetic-product 5. In addition to this, the smooth-surface may provide a surface that is easy to clean and, in the preferred embodiment, that is stain-resistant.

Such liquid-cosmetics may include foundations, concealers, liquid blush, liquid highlighters, liquid bronzers, etc. Powder-cosmetics are also contemplated. In one example, a darker color foundation may be mixed with a lighter color foundation in order to provide a perfect color for the user. In another example, a liquid highlighter may be mixed with a foundation to provide luminosity to the foundation. In other embodiments, the at least one cosmetic-product 5 may be a powder-cosmetic or a cream-cosmetic. In one example, a powder-cosmetic may be mixed with a foundation to provide higher coverage and a matte finish to the foundation as per the user's desire.
