10. The apparatus as described in claim 1 and further comprising a mast apparatus and carriage apparatus, wherein said mast apparatus is flex ably attached to said second end of said boom arm via said self-aligning apparatus and said drill apparatus is mounted to said mast apparatus via said carriage apparatus, whereby said drill apparatus may be moved along the length of said mast apparatus via said carriage apparatus.
11. The apparatus as described in claim 1, and further comprising a telescoping cylinder apparatus wherein a first end of said telescoping cylinder apparatus is attached to said second end of said boom arm apparatus, and a second end of said telescoping cylinder apparatus is attached to a first end of said self-aligning apparatus; and further comprising a mast apparatus and carriage apparatus, wherein said mast apparatus is attached to said second end of said self-aligning apparatus and said drill apparatus is mounted to said mast apparatus via said carriage apparatus, wherein said boom arm apparatus moves said drilling apparatus from a stored position to a working position; whereby said telescoping cylinder may force said mast against a surface which needs a hole drilled in it and the mast will be forced into a position perpendicular to said surface which need a hole drilled in it, thus the mast and said drill apparatus are self-aligned perpendicular to said surface which need a hole drilled in it.
12. The apparatus as described in claim 1 and further comprising a water container for supplying water under pressure to said drilling apparatus; wherein said water container further comprises a water compartment, an air compartment and a bladder for separating said water compartment from said air compartment.
13. The apparatus as described in claim 1 and further comprising a core drill contaminants housing.
14. The apparatus as described in claim 1 and further comprising a vacuum recovery apparatus.
15. The apparatus as described in claim 1 and further comprising a core drill contaminants housing apparatus; and further comprising a vacuum recovery apparatus; whereby dust, solids and or liquids associated with the core bit drilling process may be contained and collected.
16. The apparatus as described in claim 1 and further comprising a data collection, storage and transmitting apparatus.
17. A self aligning concrete core drilling apparatus mounted to a vehicle, comprising: a boom arm apparatus having two or more arms wherein said arms further comprise rotate able joints for attaching one arm to the other; a mounting apparatus for attaching said boom arm to a vehicle; a concrete core drill apparatus and a self-aligning apparatus, wherein a first end of said boom arm apparatus is attached to said vehicle via said mounting apparatus; and further comprising a telescoping cylinder apparatus wherein a first end of said telescoping cylinder apparatus is attached to said second end of said boom arm apparatus, and a second end of said telescoping cylinder apparatus is attached to a first end of said self-aligning apparatus; and further comprising a mast apparatus and carriage apparatus, and said mast apparatus further comprising leveling screws for the purpose of adjusting said mast orientation in respect to a desired leveling reference. wherein said mast apparatus is attached to said second end of said self-aligning apparatus and said concrete core drill apparatus is mounted to said mast apparatus via said carriage apparatus; wherein said boom arm apparatus moves said concrete core drilling apparatus from a stored position to a working position; whereby said telescoping cylinder may force said mast against a surface which needs a hole drilled in it and said mast will be forced into a position substantially perpendicular to said surface which need a hole drilled in it, thus the mast and said concrete core drill apparatus are self-aligned substantially perpendicular to said surface which need a hole drilled in it without respect to the levelness of said vehicle.
18. A method for moving a concrete core drill from a stored position on a vehicle to a ready for drilling position, implemented by an apparatus on the vehicle, comprising the steps of: providing a first end of a boom arm apparatus for attaching a boom arm to a vehicle; providing a second end of a boom arm apparatus for supporting and moving a telescoping apparatus, a self-aligning apparatus, a mast, a carriage and a drill from a stored position to a ready for drilling position; forcing a mast against a surface to be drilled for the purpose of securing a mast against a surface to be drilled; providing a self-aligning apparatus between a telescoping apparatus and a drill mast for the purpose of self-aligning the drill mast in respect to a surface to be drilled.

[0033]
[0034] Boom arm 25 uses hitch 11 for bolting the boom arm 25 to vehicle 14. (Vehicle: an apparatus used for transporting people or goods, especially on land, such as a car, truck, trailer or cart.) The vehicle 14 is illustrated as further including a motor 23, for powering an energy supply source 16 which can be chosen from a hydraulic pump 16, an air compressor 16, an electric generator 16 or the like 16. A Reel 17 is illustrated as a means for transporting energy from the energy supply source 16 to the boom arm apparatus 25 and or the drilling apparatus 26. A bladder tank 23 is illustrated as a method of storing and supplying a drill cooling and or lubrication liquid 23A to the concrete core drill bit 21. Air 23C is compressed within tank 23 as drill liquid 23A is added to the bladder tank 23. A diaphragm 23B separates air 23C from drill liquid 23A. Drill liquid 23A is stored under pressure via the compressed air 23C which is stored on the other side of diaphragm 23B.
