Description

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PHOTOGRAPHS

[0026] The accompanying colored photographs illustrate the overall appearance of the new Chrysanthemum plant showing the colors as true as it is reasonably possible to obtain in colored reproductions of this type. Colors in the photographs may differ slightly from the color values cited in the detailed botanical description which accurately describe the colors of the new Chrysanthemum plant.

[0027] The photograph on the first sheet comprises a side perspective view of a typical flowering stem of DLFSCO1 grown as a spray-type.

[0028] The photograph on the second sheet comprises close-up views of the lower (top of the photographic sheet) and upper surfaces (bottom of the photographic sheet) of typical inflorescences and leaves of DLFSCO1.

DETAILED BOTANICAL DESCRIPTION

[0029] The aforementioned photographs and following observations and measurements describe plants grown during the winter in ground beds in a glass-covered greenhouse in Maasdijk, The Netherlands and under cultural practices typical of commercial cut Chrysanthemum production. Plants were initially given long day/short night treatments followed by short day/long night treatments to induce flower initiation and development. During the production of the plants, day temperatures ranged from 18 C. to 22 C., night temperatures ranged from 20 C. to 25 C. and light levels averaged 8 klux. Plants were grown as single-stem plants and were nine weeks old when the photographs and the description were taken. In the following description, color references are made to The Royal Horticultural Society Colour Chart, 2015 Edition, except where general terms of ordinary dictionary significance are used.
