Abstract
An exercise device accessory attachment system including a training device having a support member having a first-end, a second-end, and a length, and an accessory attachment. The accessory attachment may include a ducking and blocking swivel arm, a strike bag, and an arm wrestle stand. The accessory attachment configured to be interchangeable and used for various strength and training exercises. The accessory attachment is linearly fixed to the first-end. The second-end is configured to slideably engage within a square tubing portion of a work-out bench and support the training device substantially vertically at a desired elevated position for use.
Claims
1. An exercise device accessory attachment system comprising: a training device having; a support member having; a first-end; a second-end; and a length; and an accessory attachment; wherein said training device includes said support member and said accessory attachment; and wherein said accessory attachment is linearly fixed to said first-end; and wherein said second-end is configured to slideably engage within a square tubing portion of a work-out bench and support said training device substantially vertically at a desired elevated position for use.
2. The exercise device accessory attachment system of claim 1, wherein said accessory attachment comprises a ducking and blocking swivel arm, a strike bag, and an arm wrestle stand, said accessory attachment configured to be interchangeable.
3. The exercise device accessory attachment system of claim 2, wherein said ducking and blocking swivel arm comprises an impact absorbent cushion.
4. The exercise device accessory attachment system of claim 3, wherein said ducking and blocking swivel arm is perpendicular to said support member and configured to rotate in relation to said support member during use.
5. The exercise device accessory attachment system of claim 4, wherein said ducking and blocking swivel arm is manually rotated when force is applied to said ducking and blocking swivel arm during use.
6. The exercise device accessory attachment system of claim 2, wherein said accessory attachment comprises said strike bag mounted to said support member and is configured to be used as a punching bag when mounted within said square tubing portion of said work-out bench.
7. The exercise device accessory attachment system of claim 2, wherein said accessory attachment comprises said arm wrestle stand mounted to said support member and is configured to be used for strength training when mounted within said square tubing portion of said work-out bench.
8. The exercise device accessory attachment system of claim 1, wherein said accessory attachment comprises a vertical goal reacher extension arm.
9. The exercise device accessory attachment system of claim 8, wherein said vertical goal reacher extension arm includes a telescopic pole configured to extend to a desired user-preferred-height.
10. The exercise device accessory attachment system of claim 1, wherein said accessory attachment is configured to be interchangeably used.
11. The exercise device accessory attachment system of claim 1, wherein said support member is removeably coupleable to said square tubing portion of said work-out bench.
12. The exercise device accessory attachment system of claim 11, wherein said support member is rigid.
13. The exercise device accessory attachment system of claim 12, wherein said support member is a vertical post.
14. The exercise device accessory attachment system of claim 13, wherein said support member comprises a substantially similar profile to said square tubing portion of said work-out bench.
15. The exercise device accessory attachment system of claim 14, wherein said support member is configured to slide within said square tubing portion of said work-out bench to adjust a height of said accessory attachment.
16. The exercise device accessory attachment system of claim 15, wherein said support member comprises apertures configured to receive a locking pin to lock said support member at said desired elevated position for use.
17. An exercise device accessory attachment system, the exercise device accessory attachment system comprising: a training device having; a support member having; a first-end; a second-end; and a length; and an accessory attachment; wherein said training device includes said support member and said accessory attachment; wherein said accessory attachment is linearly fixed to said first-end; wherein said accessory attachment comprises a ducking and blocking swivel arm, a strike bag, and an arm wrestle stand, said accessory attachment configured to be interchangeable; wherein said accessory attachment is configured to be interchangeably used; wherein said second-end is configured to slideably engage within a square tubing portion of a work-out bench and support said training device substantially vertically at a desired elevated position for use; wherein said ducking and blocking swivel arm comprises an impact absorbent cushion; wherein said ducking and blocking swivel arm is perpendicular to said support member and configured to rotate in relation to said support member during use; wherein said ducking and blocking swivel arm is manually rotated when force is applied to said ducking and blocking swivel arm during use; wherein said support member is removeably coupleable to said square tubing portion of said work-out bench; wherein said support member is rigid; wherein said support member is a vertical post; wherein said support member comprises a substantially similar profile to said square tubing portion of said work-out bench; wherein said support member is configured to slide within said square tubing portion of said work-out bench to adjust a height of said accessory attachment; and wherein said support member comprises apertures configured to receive a locking pin to lock said support member at said desired elevated position for use.
18. The exercise device accessory attachment system of claim 17, further comprising: a support member; a ducking and blocking swivel arm; a strike bag; an arm wrestle stand; a vertical goal reacher extension arm; and a set of instructions; wherein the exercise device accessory attachment system is arranged as a kit.
19. A method of using an exercise device accessory attachment system, the method comprising the steps of: providing a training device having; a support member having; a first-end; a second-end; and a length; and an accessory attachment; selecting said accessory attachment; attaching and securing said support member to a square tubing portion of a work-out bench; and using said training device.
20. The method of claim 19, further comprising the steps of: adjusting a height of said training device; and removing said training device.

[0017] As discussed above, embodiments of the present disclosure relate to an exercise device and more particularly to an exercise device accessory attachment system as used to improve exercising and training.
[0018] Generally, the invention is a square tubing that fits into a workout bench frame receiver. It includes a set of interchangeable training devices including a ducking/blocking swivel, a strike bag, and an arm wrestling stand. The device provides a kit of training devices which may be easily stored between uses. The exercise device accessory attachment system allows a user to use a work out bench for a series of exercise.
