Abstract
A tile installation biscuit system including a tile measuring component having a body including at least one perforation. The tile measuring component is configured to be laid on an existing surface to measure at least one angle. The at least one perforation is configured to be folded to match the at least one angle and a user then removes a removeable-portion of the body to provide a template to trace tile and cut the tile to match the at least one angle when over-laid on the tile.

8. The tile installation biscuit system of claim 1, wherein said body comprises said removeable-portion, said removeable-portion being separated by said at least one perforation.
9. The tile installation biscuit system of claim 1, wherein said removeable-portion is configured to be removed when said at least one perforation is folded at a desired said at least one angle.
10. The tile installation biscuit system of claim 1, wherein said removeable-portion of said body is configured to snap-off at said at least one perforation.
11. The tile installation biscuit system of claim 1, wherein said removeable-portion of said body is configured to be cut off at said at least one perforation.
12. The tile installation biscuit system of claim 1, wherein said body comprises a substantially similar surface area to said tile.
13. The tile installation biscuit system of claim 12, wherein said tile comprises a shape which is selected from the group consisting of a square, a rectangle, and an irregular shaped said tile.
14. The tile installation biscuit system of claim 1, wherein said tile further comprises stone.
15. The tile installation biscuit system of claim 1, wherein said at least one perforation provides a clean-break when said removeable-portion is removed.
16. A tile installation biscuit system, the tile installation biscuit system comprising: a tile measuring component having; a body including; at least one perforation; wherein said tile measuring component is configured to be laid on an existing surface to measure at least one angle; wherein said body is a planar sheet; wherein said body is semi-flexible such that said body is able to be folded; wherein said body is folded at said at least one perforation; wherein said body is disposable; wherein said body comprises said removeable-portion, said removeable-portion being separated by said at least one perforation; wherein said removeable-portion is configured to be removed when said at least one perforation is folded at a desired said at least one angle; wherein said removeable-portion of said body is configured to snap-off at said at least one perforation; wherein said removeable-portion of said body is configured to be cut off at said at least one perforation; wherein said body comprises a substantially similar surface area to said tile; wherein said at least one perforation provides a clean-break when said removeable-portion is removed; and wherein said at least one perforation is configured to be folded to match said at least one angle and a user then removes a removeable-portion of said body to provide a template to trace tile and cut said tile to match said at least one angle when over-laid on said tile.
17. A method of measuring tile, the method comprising the steps of: providing a tile measuring component having; a body including; at least one perforation; placing said tile measuring component on an existing surface; measuring at least one angle; folding said body at said at least one perforation to match said at least one angle; removing a removeable-portion; overlaying said tile measuring component on a tile; and cutting said tile to match a shape of said tile measuring component.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0016] As discussed above, embodiments of the present disclosure relate to tile and more particularly to a tile installation biscuit system as used to improve the tile measurement and installation means.
[0017] Generally, the invention is designed to allow for quick outline of ceramic tiles for installation; the tile biscuit is designed to be easily fitted into spaces where the tiles will eventually be installed. Since the biscuit exactly reflects the ceramic tile dimensions; the cutting lines for the ceramic tile can be quickly and accurately traced from the installed biscuit. It is very common for even experienced tile installers to struggle with cutting tiles that are intended for floor spaces that have to fit in places where multiple angles come together. It is especially true in smaller rooms (bathrooms, etc). the difficulty is even more pronounced when the installer is not a professional or perhaps somewhat of a novice. Using this developed biscuits, the user is able to lay out the entire floor area and quickly mark and cut the ceramic tiles that are to be installed. The speed (and ease) to mark out complex cuts is a great benefit to amateurs and professionals alike. Wasted tiles are significantly reduced.
