Abstract
The wearable diaper and wet wipe combination disclosed herein may comprise, at least, a diaper, a storage pocket, and a plurality of wet wipes. Such a combination is advantageous to caregivers of diaper wearers requiring multiple daily changes, as the combination reduces the effective cost and difficulty of acquiring and keeping disposable diapers and wet wipes within proximity of each other. In a preferred embodiment the wearable diaper and wet wipe combination comprises three individually-packaged wet wipes enclosed in a pocket created by an affixed layer of material. Such pocket is located on the rear face of a disposable diaper and may be removably sealed so as to facilitate the storage of wet wipes and access to them when needed. A preferred system for manufacturing the present combination may involve the use of proprietary robotic arms for the manipulation and assembly of each component.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0032] Certain terminology is used in the following description for reference only and is not limiting. The words front, rear, anterior, posterior, lateral, medial, upper, lower, outer, inner, and interior refer to directions toward and away from, respectively, the geometric center of the invention, and designated parts thereof, in accordance with the present disclosure. Unless specifically set forth herein, the terms a, an, and the are not limited to one element, but instead should be read as meaning at least one. The terminology includes the words noted above, derivatives thereof, and words of similar import.
[0033] The present invention relates generally to wearable absorbent devices, and, more specifically, to a wearable absorbent device and wet wipe combination comprising, at least, a wearable absorbent device, a storage pocket, and a plurality of wet wipes.
[0034] In a first embodiment of the present invention, the wearable absorbent device may be any type of appropriate diaper, whether disposable or reusable, but is preferably a disposable diaper. Use of a disposable diaper is advantageous to the current combination, as it is contemplated that the diaper may be used once and the pre-loaded wet wipes may be used once, and then the entire combination may be disposed of to eliminate the need for cleaning or reloading the combination. The size of the diaper may be any size appropriate for use on an infant, toddler, child, or adult, but is preferably sized for use on an infant or toddler. Such a size is advantageous as infants and toddlers tend to require multiple daily diaper changes, and the combination would permit such diaper changes, and their associated cleanings, without the need for acquiring and using third-party wet wipes. A sizing appropriate for children or for adults may also be advantageous for a user not yet potty trained or suffering from incontinence. Such user may also require multiple daily diaper changes and cleanings, and so the combination would provide the same benefits to such a user.

[0036]
[0037] The figure further illustrates the relative positioning of the wet wipe 110 within the wet wipe packet 100, and visually demonstrates that a user may access the wet wipe 110 by tearing an end from the wet wipe packet 100. Such end of the wet wipe packet 100 may be defined by a plurality of notches, which may facilitate the tearing off of such end. The wet wipe 110 may then be withdrawn from the wet wipe packet 100 and used for cleaning a diaper wearer. Once used, such wet wipe 100 and wet wipe packet 110 may be disposed.
[0038] The wet wipe 100 may comprise any of a combination of cleaning and sterilizing solutions known in the art. In a preferred embodiment, the wet wipe 100 comprises a combination of solutions suitable for use in cleaning a diaper wearer without causing skin irritations or allergic reactions. Another embodiment may comprise an even milder combination of solutions suitable for a diaper wearer with especially sensitive skin or a lower threshold for allergic reactions.

[0041]
[0042] As contemplated by the present invention, the wet wipe pocket layer 200 may be located on a rear face of the diaper body 300, and a plurality of wet wipe packets 100 may be located in the space formed between the wet wipe pocket layer 200 and the rear face of the diaper body 300. In a preferred embodiment the sealable edge 210 of the wet wipe pocket layer 200 may be oriented towards the upper edge of the diaper body 300 so as to form an upward-opening pocket.
