The ornamental design for a fork for a cutlery dispenser, as shown and described.

Description

(1) The application is related to U.S. Pat. No. 8,272,533, issued on Sep. 25, 2012, to U.S. Pat. No. 11,083,316, issued on Aug. 10, 2021, and to U.S. Pat. No. 10,820,722, issued Nov. 3, 2020.
