The ornamental design for a knife for a cutlery dispenser, as shown and described.

Description

(1) This application is related to U.S. Pat. No. 8,272,533, issued on Sep. 25, 2012, to U.S. Pat. No. 11,083,316, issued on Aug. 10, 2021, and to U.S. Pat. No. 10,820,722, issued Nov. 3, 2020. Each of these patents is incorporated herein in its entirety by reference for all purposes.
