Abstract

The present invention discloses a soundproof cabin of a turbine engine. The soundproof cabin is sleeved on the turbine engine. The soundproof cabin includes a cabin body, an induction noise reduction unit and a ventilation noise reduction unit, wherein the induction noise reduction unit and the ventilation noise reduction unit are disposed on the cabin body, the surrounding of which is filled with soundproof materials, the induction noise reduction unit is used to reduce the induction noise of the turbine engine, the ventilation noise reduction unit is used to reduce the noise of the ventilation system of the turbine engine. Beneficial effects: an induction noise reduction unit is disposed at an air inlet of the turbine engine to reduce the induction noise of the turbine engine; a ventilation noise reduction unit is disposed on the transmission direction of the turbine engine to reduce the ventilation and cooling noise of the turbine engine; the surrounding of the turbine engine is filled with soundproof materials to achieve the overall noise reduction around the turbine engine.

Claims

1. A turbine system comprising a turbine engine and a soundproof cabin for the turbine engine, wherein: the soundproof cabin is sleeved on the turbine engine; the soundproof cabin comprises a cabin body and an intake noise reduction unit; the intake noise reduction unit is disposed on the cabin body; the intake noise reduction unit is configured to reduce induction noise of the turbine engine; the intake noise reduction unit is arranged on top of the cabin body and comprises an intake chamber; combustion air for the turbine engine is configured to enter the intake chamber from at least two side surfaces of the intake chamber in a direction perpendicular to axial transmission of the turbine engine; in a top view, the intake chamber completely covers an upper opening of the cabin body that is delimited by a frame of the cabin in at least one of a length direction or a width direction; the turbine engine comprises an exhaust end, an exhaust duct, and an output driving end; the exhaust end is connected to the exhaust duct whereas the output driving end is connected to a plunger pump via a connection device; the connection device comprises at least a reduction gearbox; and an input speed of the reduction gearbox matches an output driving speed of the turbine engine, and an input torque of the reduction gearbox matches an output driving torque of the turbine engine.

2. The turbine system according to claim 1, wherein there are no intake filters and intake silencers arranged at the exhaust end of the turbine engine.

3. The turbine system according to claim 2, wherein the sound proof cabin is provided with a soundproof material at the exhaust end of the turbine engine.

4. The turbine system according to claim 1, wherein the cabin body is provided with a soundproof door in a non-transmission direction, the soundproof door is filled with the soundproof materials.

The turbine system according to claim 1, wherein: the intake noise reduction unit comprises an intake piping; the intake chamber is arranged on the top of the cabin body; each of two opposite side surfaces of the intake chamber is provided with an intake filter and an intake silencer successively from outside to inside; both top and bottom surfaces of the intake chamber are filled with soundproof materials; and the intake chamber is connected to an air inlet of the turbine engine through the intake piping arranged at a bottom of the intake chamber.

6. The turbine system according to claim 5, wherein the combustion air for the turbine engine is configured to enter the intake chamber through each of the two opposite side surfaces of the intake chamber in a direction perpendicular to the axial transmission of the turbine engine.

The turbine system according to claim 5, wherein the cabin body comprises a rectangular cabin comprising a baseplate and an upright rectangular frame, the baseplate is at a bottom of the rectangular frame, and the intake noise reduction unit is configured to cover an opening at a top of the rectangular frame.

The turbine system according to claim 7, wherein the rectangular frame comprises four side plates, that are a first plate, a second plate, a third plate and a fourth plate respectively; the first plate and the third plate are arranged in parallel, and the second plate and the fourth plate are arranged in parallel.

9. The turbine system according to claim 1, wherein the soundproof cabin further comprises a ventilation noise reduction unit, the ventilation noise reduction unit is used to reduce the noise of a ventilation system of the turbine engine.

The turbine system according to claim 9, wherein: the ventilation noise reduction unit comprises an inlet air silencer, an inlet air fan and an outlet air silencer; the inlet air silencer is connected to the inlet air fan; the inlet air silencer, the inlet air fan and the outlet air silencer are disposed on the cabin body; and the inlet air silencer and the outlet air silencer are arranged on opposite sides of the cabin body.

11. The turbine system according to claim 9, further comprising one or more sets of the ventilation noise reduction unit.

12. The turbine system according to claim 1, wherein in the top view, an area of the intake chamber is substantially the same as an area of the cabin body.

13. The turbine system according to claim 1, wherein the reduction gear box is integrated at a power input end of the plunger pump.

14. The turbine system according to claim 1, wherein the turbine engine, the reduction gearbox and the plunger pump are disposed in a straight line along a direction of power transmission of the turbine system.

15. The turbine system according to claim 1, wherein the turbine system is mounted on a semi-trailer or a skid mount.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DISCLOSURE

[0042] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a hydraulic fracturing system for driving a plunger pump with a turbine engine, including a connection pipeline 5, fracturing equipment, a high-low pressure manifold 6, a blending equipment 15 and a sand-mixing equipment 14; the blending equipment 15 is used for blending fracturing base fluid in the hydraulic fracturing system, the sand-mixing equipment 14 provides the fracturing base fluid and a fracturing proppant to the high-low pressure manifold 6; one end of the high-low pressure manifold 6 is connected to the fracturing equipment through the connection pipeline 5, the other end of the high-low pressure manifold 6 is connected to the wellhead 7; a turbine engine 19 is used as the power source of the fracturing equipment, the plunger pump 18 is driven by the turbine engine 19 with a high power-to-volume ratio and a small occupied area compared to the traditional fracturing equipment with a diesel engine as the power source, greatly reducing the number and occupied area of fracturing units in the entire fracturing equipment. The turbine engine 19 is fueled by natural gas or diesel. The turbine engine 19 with a dual-fuel system can be fueled by 100% fuel oil or 100% natural gas. The fuel supply is diverse so that customers can choose according to the actual situation. Especially when natural gas is used as the fuel, it will save more cost. In the working site of the hydraulic fracturing system, there are further provided with a sanding vehicle 10, a sand storage tank 11, sand conveying equipment 12, a liquid storage tank 13, and chemical additive equipment 16, wherein the liquid storage tank 13 provides water for the blending equipment 15, water and various additives are blended in the blending equipment 15 to form fracturing base fluid, which is then supplied to the sand-mixing equipment 14. A fracturing proppant is transported to the wellsite by the sanding vehicle 10 and conveyed into the sand storage tank 11. There may be multiple sanding vehicles 10. The fracturing proppant is conveyed to the sand-mixing equipment 14 from the sand storage tank 11 by sand conveying equipment 12. The fracturing base fluid and the fracturing proppant are mixed in the sand-mixing equipment 14 and then conveyed into the high-low pressure manifold 6, through which are distributed to each set of turbine fracturing equipment 4, and then the mixed fracturing liquid is injected into the wellhead 7 by a high pressure pump (injection path: turbine fracturing equipment 4—connection pipeline 5—high-low pressure manifold 6—wellhead 7), and then the formation of the oil well or gas well is fractured. The chemical additive equipment 16 is used to supply various chemical additives to the blending equipment 15 or the sand-mixing equipment 14.

[0043] In the operation site of the hydraulic fracturing system, a variety of relevant corollary equipment for natural gas supply can be arranged, such as CNG tanker 1, CNG pressure regulating equipment 2, wellhead gas port 8, wellhead gas treatment equipment 9 and the like. Of course, the CNG can be correspondingly replaced with LNG. For example, a combination of a LNG tanker and LNG gasification conveying equipment. The exhaust system includes an exhaust duct 20 and an exhaust silencer 21, one end of the exhaust duct 20 is connected to the exhaust silencer 21, the other end of the exhaust duct 20 is connected to an exhaust port of the turbine engine 19.

The induction noise reduction unit and the ventilation noise reduction unit may be disposed on the cabin body. The surrounding of the cabin body frame may be filled with soundproof materials. The induction noise reduction unit may be used to reduce the induction noise of the turbine engine 2-7. The ventilation noise reduction unit may be used to reduce the noise of the ventilation system of the turbine engine 2-7. The soundproof materials may include but are not limited to glass fiber cotton, rock wool, polyurethane, aluminum honeycomb panels, peak type cotton, etc.
