Abstract
A vehicle display nexus control apparatus includes: a first display part provided at a vehicle main body; a wearable terminal that is worn at a head region of an occupant, and that is provided with a second display part disposed in front of an eye of the occupant in a worn state; a display information acquisition unit that acquires information to be displayed at at least one of the first display part or the second display part; and a display location selection unit that determines whether to display the information acquired by the display information acquisition unit at both the first display part and the second display part, at only the first display part, or at only the second display part.
Claims
1. A vehicle display nexus control apparatus, comprising: a first display part provided at a vehicle main body; a wearable terminal that is worn at a head region of an occupant, and that is provided with a second display part disposed in front of an eye of the occupant in a worn state; a display information acquisition unit that acquires information to be displayed at at least one of the first display part or the second display part; and a display location selection unit that determines whether to display the information acquired by the display information acquisition unit at both the first display part and the second display part, or at only the first display part, or at only the second display part.
2. The vehicle display nexus control apparatus of claim 1, wherein a plurality of the wearable terminals is provided.
3. The vehicle display nexus control apparatus of claim 2, further comprising a display priority setting unit that sets a priority level, for information to be displayed, with respect to the second display part of each of the plurality of wearable terminals.
4. The vehicle display nexus control apparatus of claim 2, wherein the display location selection unit designates hidden information, which is not to be displayed, with respect to the second display part of each of the plurality of wearable terminals.
5. The vehicle display nexus control apparatus of claim 2, wherein, in a case in which the information acquired by the display information acquisition unit is information related to an obstacle in the vehicle periphery, the information is displayed at the second display part of all the wearable terminals.
6. The vehicle display nexus control apparatus of claim 5, wherein, at the second display part, information is displayed in a direction toward which the obstacle is present.

First Exemplary Embodiment

In particular, regarding information related to an obstacle in the surroundings of vehicle 12 and the like, the occupant P can see the obstacle information even in a case in which occupant P's sight line is not directed at HUD 26, and display is achieved without the obstacle information being overlooked. Further, by displaying information in the direction of the obstacle, occupant P is able to intuitively grasp the direction of the obstacle.
