Abstract

A container comprises a container body, wherein a side face of the container body is provided with a container door, wherein the container door is engaged with a corner column on the container body and is fixed to the corner column via a hinge and is connected to a J-shaped strip column arranged on an outer side of the corner column. The corner column is connected to the J-shaped strip column via a corner block arranged on an end portion thereof, wherein the corner block, the corner column and the J-shaped strip column define a long strip-shaped space, the long strip-shaped space being provided with a management module. The management module comprises a radio positioning/communication system.

Claims

1. A container, comprising a container body, a side face of the container body being provided with a container door; wherein the container door is engaged with a corner column on the container body and is fixed to the corner column via a hinge, and is connected to a J-shaped strip column arranged on an outer side of the corner column, the corner column being connected to the J-shaped strip column via a corner block arranged on an end portion thereof; wherein the corner block, the corner column and the J-shaped strip column define a long strip-shaped space, the long strip-shaped space being provided with a management module.

2. The container according to claim 1, wherein the management module is fixed in the long strip-shaped space via an adhesive or a magic tape or an expansion screw or welding or integral fixture based on the corner column of the container.

3. The container according to claim 1, wherein the long strip-shaped space is divided into a plurality of recess spaces via the hinge.

4. The container according to claim 3, wherein the recess spaces comprise a first recess space defined by the corner block, the corner column, the J-shaped strip column and the hinge, and a second recess space defined by the corner column and the J-shaped strip column between two adjacent hinges.

The container according to claim 4, wherein the management module comprises: a signal box and a management device; wherein the signal box is arranged in the first recess space or the second recess space, and the signal box is connected to the management device arranged inside the container body via wired connection.

6. The container according to claim 4, wherein the management module comprises: a signal box and a management device; wherein the management device is arranged in the second recess space.

7. The container according to claim 6, wherein the management module is connected via wire connection to an expansion module inside the container body; wherein the expansion module in the container body comprises an expansion communication module and an expansion sensor module.

8. The container according to claim 5, wherein the signal box comprises a radio positioning/communication system and a signal leading/enhancing device.

9. The container according to claim 6, wherein the signal box comprises a radio positioning/communication system and a signal leading/enhancing device.

10. The container according to claim 5, wherein the management device comprises a sensor module and a battery module.

11. The container according to claim 6, wherein the management device comprises a sensor module and a battery module.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0022] Prior to detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention, it should be understood that in practice the present invention is not limited by device details and installation position selections described hereinafter or illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The present invention may be practiced or implemented in a plurality of manners. Meanwhile, the terms or phrases herein are intended to describe the present invention, but shall not be construed as limitations to the present invention.

[0023] For better understanding of the technical solution of the present invention, description is given hereinafter in detail with reference to the specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.

[0024] Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 2, generally containers have various shapes and dimensions, to accommodate different transportation needs. The present invention provides a container. The container comprises a container body 10. A side face of the container body 10 is provided with a container door 11. The container door 11 is engaged with a corner column 20 on the container body and is fixed to the corner column 20 via a hinge 12, and is connected to a J-shaped strip column 30 arranged on an outer side of the corner column 20. The corner column 20 is connected to the J-shaped strip column 30 via a corner block 40 arranged on an end portion thereof. The corner block 40, the corner column 20 and the J-shaped strip column 30 define a long strip-shaped space 60, and the long strip-shaped space 60 is provided with a management module 70 by virtue of fixture via an adhesive or a magic tape or an adhesive tape or any other fixing means.

[0025] In the present invention, the management module comprises: a signal box and a management device. The signal box comprises: a radio positioning/communication system and a signal leading/enhancing device. The radio positioning/communication system comprises global positioning system (GPS), Beidou navigation satellite system (BDS), Galiloe, GLONASS, WiFi, Bluetooth, Zigbee/loRa, ultra wideband (UWB) and the like. The management device comprises: a sensor module, a battery module and the like. In this case, the management module is in communication with the external devices and configured to receive and transmit GPS and the like radio signals, to facilitate container positioning and information communication. Other modules also perceive the speed, collision, inclination and the like of the container, and meanwhile process and transfer corresponding data.

[0026] In the present invention, the container door 11 is connected to the J-shaped strip column 30 via a plurality of hinges 12, and the long strip-shaped space 60 is divided into a plurality of recess spaces. The recess spaces 60 comprise a smaller first recess space 61 defined by the corner block 40, the corner column 20, the J-shaped strip column 30 and the hinge 12. The first recess space is located at an upper end and a lower end of the long strip-shaped space. A signal box is arranged in the first recess space or a second recess space. The signal box is connected to a management device arranged in the container body via wired connection. The signal box in the management module is fixed in the smaller first recess space, such that the communication and positioning functions of the container are implemented; and the signal box is connected to the management module inside the container, such that all the functions of the management module are implemented. In this installation manner, the existing space of the container may be effectively utilized. The recess spaces 60 further comprise a second recess space 62 defined by the corner column 20 and the J-shaped strip column 30 between two adjacent hinges 12. The second recess space 62 is located at an intermediate part of the long strip-shaped space, and a management module is arranged in the second recess space. The management module is fixed via a fixing frame 71 arranged at an end portion thereof, and may also be fixed in the long strip-shaped space via an expansion screw or welding or integral fixture based on the corner column of the container. In this way, the management module may not remove or fall off while the container is being used, and maintains a stationary state relative to the container. When the management device is not used, the management module may be removed. The long strip-shaped space according to the present invention provides a space very suitable for receiving the management module, and shades the management module from being exposed, which brings convenience to introducing external GPS/satellite/base station communication and the like radio signals in a concealed manner.

[0027] In the present invention, the management module in the second recess space may also be connected via wire connection to an expansion module inside the container body; wherein the expansion module in the container body comprises an expansion communication module and an expansion sensor module. The expansion communication module is configured to provide a network bridge function for networking inside the container. The expansion sensor module is configured to monitor an inner environment of the container body, for example, temperature, humidity, combustible gas, gas pressure, light sensation, sound, image, ranging, vibration, acceleration, gyroscope and the like. By virtue of the expansion communication module inside the container, upon wireless networking in the container, the network forms an interconnected network with the management device in the second recess space via wired connection, and communication with the external devices is practiced by using the management module in the second recess space. In this way, wireless communication deployed inside the container has the capability to communicate in real time with the external devices. For example, the expansion module inside the container comprises an RFID reader expansion module, wherein upon reading RFID information in the container, the module may exchange the information with the external devices via the management device in the second recess space. If a Zigbee/loRa communication gateway is configured in the container, the communication gateway may be networked with other Zigbee/loRa devices in the container, and an external network connection may be provided to the communication gateway in the container via the management device in the second recess space.

[0028] By virtue of the above installation manner, the container may be monitored and managed in a concealed manner. This ensures that accurate positioning and wireless communication may be implemented for the container, and the wireless signals may not be shielded by the container body; and addresses various defects that the external devices are easily damaged or lost during installation. As such, security of the management device is ensured, and meanwhile real-time positioning and communication effects are greatly enhanced.
