Abstract
An auxiliary clamping operation device detachably securable to a spray can is disclosed to include a grip. The grip includes two clamping parts disposed at one end thereof, and a receiving space defined between the two clamping parts. Each clamping part has a triggering portion and a positioning portion disposed on opposite sides. The two trigger portions are fastened together so that the two positioning portions are drivable by the trigger portions to move between an open position where the spray can is separable from the clamping parts, and a close position where the clamping parts clamp the spray can.
Claims
1. An auxiliary clamping operation device detachably securable to a spray can, comprising a grip, said grip comprising two clamping parts disposed at one end thereof and a receiving space defined between said two clamping parts, each said clamping part comprising a triggering portion and a positioning portion disposed on opposite sides, the two said trigger portions being fastened together so that said two positioning portions are drivable by said trigger portions to move between an open position where the spray can is separable from said clamping parts and a close position where said clamping parts clamp said spray can.
2. The auxiliary clamping operation device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a fastening member mounted to affix said two trigger portions together.
3. The auxiliary clamping operation device as claimed in claim 2, wherein said fastening member is a screw.
4. The auxiliary clamping operation device as claimed in claim 2, wherein said fastening member further comprises a spring is provided between the two trigger portions.
5. The auxiliary clamping operation device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a pressing member, said pressing member comprising an operating portion pivoted inside said grip and a pressing portion extended out of said grip, said pressing portion being disposed within said receiving space for acting upon a valve of said spray.
6. The auxiliary clamping operation device as claimed in claim 5, wherein said grip further comprises a discharge portion defined between said two clamping parts to face toward said spray can; said pressing portion of said pressing member is disposed above said spray can for acting upon said valve of said spray can.
7. The auxiliary clamping operation device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said grip consists of two half shells, said two half shells being abutted against each other and fastened together to form said grip and said two clamping parts.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0018] The technical content and features of the present invention are described hereinafter with reference to the annexed drawings. The present invention can be widely applied to spray cans of various forms or specifications. Those skilled in the art can understand that the explanatory terms of the present preferred embodiment belong to a generic description that does not limit the application. For example, a material or shape term includes, without limitation, the material or shape specified by the description, and the positional terms include and are not limited to setting, approaching, connecting, or abutting. The quantity a of each component includes the number of one or more components. The directional expressions such as upper, lower, inside, outside, top and bottom mentioned in the contents of this specification are merely illustrative terms used in the normal direction of use, not intended to limit the meaning of the claim.
[0019] Referring to
[0020] The grip 10 further includes a pressing member 40 having an operating portion 42 and a pressing portion 44. The pressing member 40 is pivoted inside the grip 10. The operating portion 42 extends to the outside of the grip 10. Further, the pressing portion 44 is disposed within the receiving space 14 above the valve 32 of the spray can 30. The user can hook the operating portion 42 while holding the grip 10 and let the pressing portion 44 act upon the valve 32 of the spray can 30.
[0021] By using the above-mentioned constituent members, the two clamping parts 20 for positioning the spray can 30 can be combined with each other by using only the fastening member 26, and no additional components are required. After the trigger portions 22 are pressed, the positioning portions 24 can be controlled to secure or release the spray can 30 stably. The auxiliary clamping operation device is convenient to use, simplifies the overall composition and assembly steps, and saves labor, thereby prolonging the service life and quality of use.
[0022] In order to reinforce the structural strength and positioning function between the two clamping portions, the fastening member 26 can be further provided with a washer and then fixed to affix the two trigger portions 22. Thus, in addition to increasing the bonding strength of the two trigger portions 22, the positioning force between the two positioning portions 24 can be enhanced, and the spray can can be secured more firmly.
