[0016] FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment showing a grain weave structure of a unidirectional sight-transmission fabric and a unidirectional sight-transmission curtain of this invention; and

[0017] FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment showing a unidirectional sight-transmission principle of the unidirectional sight-transmission fabric and the unidirectional sight-transmission curtain of this invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0018] This invention will be further described below in combination with embodiments and accompanying drawings.

[0019] Unidirectional Sight-transmission Fabric of a First Embodiment

[0020] See FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, this embodiment of the unidirectional sight-transmission fabric includes a base cloth 2, and the base cloth 2 is woven by a warp thread and a weft thread in a plain weave 1 shown in FIG. 1. The warp thread adopts a flat aluminum thread 12, and the weft thread adopts a polyester filament 11. The plain weave 1 is woven by a rapier loom, and adjacent two of the flat aluminum threads 12 and adjacent two of the polyester filaments 11 enclose a light-transmission sight-transmission hole 21. In this embodiment, the flat aluminum thread 12 adopts a 90D flat aluminized polyester continuous filament, and the polyester filament 11 adopts a 40S/1 polyester filament. A warp-direction density of the base cloth is 26, a weft-direction density of the base cloth is 25, and a weight per square meter of the base cloth is of 70 g/m.sup.2.

[0021] As shown in FIG. 1, a flat surface of the flat aluminum thread in the plain weave 1 is arranged toward a surface of the base cloth. On the base cloth 2, the flat aluminum thread 12 serving as the warp thread does not bend and remains in a straight line state. In addition, as the plain weave is adopted, warp interlacing points and weft interlacing points alternately appear in proportion, that is, the warp threads and the weft threads are interlaced up and down one after another, such that the base cloth are the same at two surfaces, and about half area of each surface of the base cloth is pieced by the flat surface of the flat aluminum thread.

[0022] As shown in FIG. 2, during usage, one surface of the base cloth 2 is toward the sun, such that part of the sunlight irradiated at a light-facing surface is directly reflected back to a space at a light-facing side, and the light reflected back into the space at the light-facing side being superimposed with the sunlight is received by an eyeball of an observer, making it difficult for the observer at the light-facing side to see a scene in a space at the backlight side. In addition, part of the sunlight enters the space at the backlight side through the light-transmission sight-transmission hole 21 with not causing a lack of a natural sunlight spectrum in the space at the backlight side, thereby effectively ensuring a healthy life of a person in the space at the backlight side. The person in the space at the backlight side can see the scene in the space at the light-facing side through the light-transmission sight-transmission hole 21; and therefore during daytime of direct sunlight, a privacy scene in the space at the backlight side is prevented from leaking, the sunlight in the space at the backlight side is not completely blocked by the curtain so as to ensure the healthy life of human body, and the scene in the space at the light-facing side can be clearly seen from the backlight side.

[0023] During nighttime, since illumination in the aforementioned space at the backlight side is usually 350-750 LUX, that is, the light in the aforementioned space at the backlight side is not as strong as the direct sunlight in the daytime, causing only a contour of an object and a person in the aforementioned space at the backlight side can be seen from the aforementioned toward-light side, and not causing the privacy of a night scene in the aforementioned space at the backlight side to be leaked.

[0024] In addition, since the light-transmission sight-transmission hole is provided at the base cloth, it is convenient for air circulation between the aforementioned space at the backlight side and the aforementioned space at the light-facing side through this hole, thereby effectively ensuring air quality in the aforementioned space at the backlight side.

[0025] At the same time, since part of the cloth surface made of the flat surface of the flat aluminum thread reflects part of ultraviolet rays and infrared rays in the sunlight back into the aforementioned space of the light-facing face, partial heat insulation function is achieved, and direct sunshine in the summer is effectively avoided, such that temperature in the aforementioned space at the backlight side will be relatively low. What's more, this unidirectional sight-transmission fabric can eliminate static electricity based on the flat aluminum thread.

[0026] Unidirectional Sight-transmission Fabric of a Second Embodiment

[0027] As a description of the unidirectional sight-transmission fabric of the second embodiment of this invention, only differences from the above-mentioned unidirectional sight-transmission fabric of the first embodiment will be described below.

[0028] In the plain weave, the weft thread is the polyester filament; and in the base cloth, the weft-direction density is 30.

[0029] Unidirectional Sight-transmission Curtain of a First Embodiment

[0030] See FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, this embodiment of the unidirectional sight-transmission curtain includes a base cloth 2, and the base cloth 2 is woven by a warp thread and a weft thread in a plain weave 1 shown in FIG. 1. The warp thread adopts a flat aluminum thread 12, and the weft thread adopts a polyester yarn 11. The plain weave 1 is woven by a rapier loom, and adjacent two of the flat aluminum threads 12 and adjacent two of the polyester yarns 11 enclose a light-transmission sight-transmission hole 21. In this embodiment, the flat aluminum thread 12 adopts a 90D flat aluminized polyester continuous filament. A warp-direction density of the base cloth is 26, and a weft-direction density of the base cloth is 30.

[0031] As shown in FIG. 1, a flat surface of the flat aluminum thread in the plain weave 1 is arranged toward a surface of the base cloth. On the base cloth 2, the flat aluminum thread 12 serving as the warp thread does not bend and remains in a straight line state. In addition, as the plain weave is adopted, warp interlacing points and weft interlacing points alternately appear in proportion, that is, the warp threads and the weft threads are interlaced up and down one after another, such that the base cloth are the same at two surfaces, and about half area of two surfaces of the base cloth is pieced by the flat surface of the flat aluminum thread.

[0032] As shown in FIG. 2, during usage, part of the sunlight irradiated at the light-facing surface of the curtain is directly reflected back to an outdoor space, and the light reflected back into the outdoor space being superimposed with the sunlight is received by an eyeball of an outdoor observer, making it difficult for the outdoor observer to see an indoor scene. In addition, part of the sunlight enters an indoor space through the light-transmission sight-transmission hole 21 with not causing a lack of a natural sunlight spectrum in the indoor space, thereby effectively ensuring a healthy life of a person being indoors. The person indoors can see an outdoor scene through the light-transmission sight-transmission hole 21; and therefore during daytime of direct sunlight, an indoor privacy scene is prevented from leaking, the indoor sunlight is not completely blocked by the curtain so as to ensure the healthy life of human body, and the outdoor scene can be clearly seen from indoors.

[0033] During nighttime, since illumination indoors is usually 350-750 LUX, that is, an indoor light is not as strong as the direct sunlight in the daytime, causing only a contour of the object and a person indoors can be seen from the outdoors, and not causing the privacy of an indoor night scene to be leaked.

[0034] In addition, since the light-transmission sight-transmission hole is provided at the base cloth, it is convenient for air circulation between the outdoors and indoors through this hole, thereby effectively ensuring indoor air quality.

[0035] At the same time, since part of the cloth surface made of the flat surface of the flat aluminum thread reflects part of ultraviolet rays and infrared rays in the sunlight back into a room, partial heat insulation function is achieved, and direct sunshine in the summer is effectively avoided such that an indoor temperature will be relatively low. What's more, this unidirectional sight-transmission fabric can eliminate static electricity based on the flat aluminum thread.

[0036] Unidirectional Sight-transmission Curtain of a Second Embodiment

[0037] As a description of the unidirectional sight-transmission curtain of the second embodiment of this invention, only differences from the above-mentioned unidirectional sight-transmission curtain of the first embodiment will be described below.

[0038] In the plain weave, the weft thread is the polyester filament; and in the base cloth, the weft-direction density is 25.

[0039] The main idea of this invention is to use the flat aluminum thread as the warp thread and the polyester yarn or the polyester filament as the weft thread, and the plain weave is adopted to weave the base cloth of the unidirectional sight-transmission fabric or the base cloth of the unidirectional sight-transmission curtain, such that two surfaces of the base cloth are the same, so as to use the flat surface of the flat aluminum thread to piece half of each cloth surface, and adjacent two of the warp threads and adjacent two of the weft threads enclose the light-transmission sight-transmission hole, which avoids leakage of the indoor privacy scene, makes part of the light to be transmitted into the room, and makes the outdoor scene can be clearly seen from the indoors. According to this idea, the warp-direction density and the weft-direction density of the base cloth can be set to other values according to actual needs, which is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments.
